Rose- I always found your accountability inspiring. It can be both good and bad to come on here and post. Good- to be accountable and maintain contact with people who have similar goals.
I notice sometimes posting what you're doing wrong doesn't always work to correct your behavior. Sometimes, it just gives you a way out by writing it to the forum. I am holding myself accountable. I know this is not about numbers, BUT I cannot fit into certain clothes that I like until I lose weight. Those clothes are now hanging on the outside of my closet and a daily reminder where I want to be in 2 months' time. My husband is now supportive of me on hcg and that helps a lot.

As for me- I am doing well. I am down a little lower than my average for week 1 but I'm ok with that as I know I will make it up throughout the round. I'm down 5.6 in week 1. I have no hunger and that is important to me. I have had rounds in the past that I had slow losses in week 1 and tried to adjust my dose. THAT DID NOT GO WELL. I found myself so hungry and couldn't get to the sweet spot. I suffered for 2 weeks and finally caved and ate more. So this time, I will continue with my does as long as my hunger is non-existent.

I am trying to walk every day. I've been cooped up in the house due to lockdown. I live in NJ and COVID was rampant here. We are now permitted to go out and I am walking nightly and trying to do 1 hike a week until I build up some endurance for more.

@ Leez- woohoo for bok choy. I am going to give it a try. It's a nice refreshing veggie for me. I can eat it raw or steamed.

    Hi Leez,

Hoping for some guidance on a couple of things. I know you've said that the transition from p2 to p3 for homeopathic is 48 hours VLCD following the last drops. My doctor is saying it's 72 hours, just like injections. I want to believe her, but you have more experience with homeopathic hcg. My thinking is to follow the VLCD until 48 hours and then transitioning to p3 at the first sentiment of hunger. If I go 72 hours without getting hungry, I will transition to p3 regardless. Does that round reasonable?

Also, since I started the protocol with morning drops, do you recommend stopping with morning drops, that same night, or the night before?

    Thanks!!

Stop the evening of your last day.

Yes, it is 48 hours after your last drops. The reason is that the drops leave your system sooner than RX drops, so the transition time is shorter. That is why you do drops multiple times a day and the RX injections are only once.

The idea of the transition time is to get it out of your system before you present your body with fats. It is safe to start P3 on that 49th hour when you are on homeopathic HCG. Nothing terrible will happen to you if you wait an extra day, but there is no reason to.

Hi all! I'm still around and still going on P2..down 15 pounds as of today, day 33 (VLCD 31), from 204.6 to 189.6. Hoping for a couple more pounds before my LIW on Tuesday. If July 4 plans are cancelled, I'll go 40 shot days. I had a bad 10 days where I tried my best but had family visiting..and mentally really needed the post-quarantine family visit, then a 3 day road trip, and back at it the last 12 days So I probably could have done much better but I'll take the 15 pounds (maybe 17??!) and call it a win for this round. Nothing else but HCG could I accomplish this. Will do 6 weeks strict P3/P4 to keep it off and then jump back in for hopefully a much stricter P2 round. Slowly but surely I'll get there. I bought the Conair Weight Watchers scale and I love it. It reads body fat, muscle mass, water and calculates BMI. My muscle mass actually went up 0.2%! I love it and highly recommend it. It syncs to an app on your phone.

Kapluzie I am going to borrow your idea and hang a pair of shorts on my closet door for inspiration

    Hi everyone!

Well day 24 and Avg loss is 20.8, I've lost 20.2 so still on track. I promised myself I was going to keep on drops till I hit 174.3, 1.1lbs away which is "Normal" for my height...then coast from there. Maybe..Maybe this will be the last time and I'll learn!!!

    - VTsailer - Correct, 1st 2 rounds I just wrote weights in my booket. when I did the 3rd round I wanted to see the correlation and put everything on an excel spread sheet (see attachment) It is pretty cool but it's tempered by the fact I should NOT have to have done this many rounds to maintain...all my fault

    - Roselanoue - Yup...it's nice to be a man some times lol. It's just one of those things where men and women are different

    Cheers!

    Hi All,
Yesterday, I met up with some wonderful ladies and we went for a 4 mile hike. I brought my roasted chicken, lettuce, and apple salad to snack on during the hike. Good thing I did bring my lunch, I thought I was going to pass out at one point. The hike had long inclines, so some energy was needed to climb. I drank 1 liter of water during the hike and 2 more throughout the day. It felt so good to be out in nature.
Today, I was rewarded for my effort yesterday. Down 1.4 today- woohoo. Brings my total loss for my first 10 days . . . -8 lbs.
The loss is S L O W, but I'll take whatever I can get. I thought I'd be sore today from the hike, but happily In feel good.
I'm planning on another hike tomorrow.

    Sweet AKcharger!

My last day of drops is tomorrow. I took a longer round, wrapping up at day 38 so that I can go into P3 for the weekend of the 4th. I lost all my data from previous rounds but am showing about the same losses as you, 19.6 lbs on day 24. I'm hoping to squeak out 1 more pound in the next couple of days to cross the 30lbs mark for 38 days.

Good luck to the end and the transition!

Hi all...well today is day 35 and I really feel done. I'm up .2 because I ate a whole bag of veggie tots yesteday and today I'm on like my 5th or 6th piece of Boars Head Tavern Ham. My mix may be losing potency since its been 36 days since I mixed it. Good time to wrap it up! I'll see what my weight is tomorrow morning and if its the same, or lower, then today will be LIW

Thank you!! I'm satisfied with it and ready to lock it in for next round August 9th I've been shying away from 40 day rounds for awhile now (I've only ever done 1 full round..rest have been 30 shot days+72 hours) but I think I'm going to do the next round a full 40+72 hours. Afterall, if it wasn't for the 4th weekend I probably could've managed the next few days I'm not looking forward to Thursday night because I am usually starving near the end of that 72 hours
