Hello, everyone! Welcome, Molly! Sounds like you are off to a good start, albeit a little shaky. Definitely listen to Leez--her fountain of knowledge is unending

I'm still here and planning an interruption, just not sure exactly when my last injection will be. I've been at the same weight the last 3 days. On Monday my doctor had me start a new medication for my adhd and let's just say zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz zz

I feel like a zombie. It's so strange. One minute I can't remember what I'm doing, the next minute I have a million new ideas for all of the "jobs" I have (volunteer stuff at church, kid's school and with mom groups) that I need to get down immediately, and the next I am staring into space.

I'm not sure what my plans are, but I just wanted to check in. I hope everyone had a great week. I'll check back in

    "Is this thing on?"

    Where did everyone go?!
I'm still around. Lost another pound yesterday but today no change. I have not had any elimination at all in 4 days. Not even the urge. Mind you, my medication adjustment threw my appetite for a loop and I haven't eaten much, but I also haven't had much water. It was a rough week, but, some amazing revelations have occurred with my mental health the last few days and for the first time ever I am truly hopeful for the future and a new way to view the world as well as myself

I'm actually thinking of just completing the long round. As long as I prep ahead of time, I am fine with P2 foods. Still haven't quit the sweet n low, but other than being a little undernourished the last 4-6 days, my outlook on P2 is nothing like it was. There isn't as much FOMO or the exasperation and "how will I make it to the end?!" and instead I just wonder how much weight I can lose total if I stick as close to protocol as I can and finish this strong? I still have minor slip ups but the big temptation is gone. It's only when I am unprepared and have no options of P2 foods readily available that I start to crave and lurk in the pantry.

Anyway! Unfortunately I'm coming down with either a cold or a sinus infection. I drank a Smooth Move tea tonight (which I find delicious) and it also helped with my throat a bit. Leez, any suggestions are welcome on supplements or vitamins I should add to boost immunity would be great. I haven't taken a multivitamin since I took prenatals, so who knows what I'm lacking.

Please send some positive #2 thoughts my way... Haha

The best things to take for immune support are vitamin C, D3 plus K2, and NAC. Increase your magnesium or start if not yet taking, and keep increasing until your elimination is moving again. You can use magnesium on a regular basis, but you don't want to do that with smooth move tea, because it contains a laxative.

I'm with you on the long round. I don't do interruptions because I know I would lose my momentum. Once I'm in the groove of P2, its not really a physical hardship to just keep going. The battle is mainly mental, but I deal with that by taking one day at a time.

Glad to hear you feel you are making progress on multiple fronts.

My husband and I are going to the lake this weekend so I am doing a planned interruption and started it yesterday. My last injection was on Monday. When we get back on Monday I will start my injection on Tuesday the 6th. Wish me luck and keep me in your prayers. Hang in there Skeeballer!
