Hi Fellow Sojourners! Happy June Everyone!
I am on R2 (40 Day Round) in P2 D16. So far, I am down 12 lbs
Welcome June Loaders, this thread is for you!
Use it to plan your round, ask questions, share concerns, support and encourage each other, or just post for your own accountability. What ever works for you.
This months group is the Sojourners. The meaning of the word, sojourn, is to make a temporary stay. Our time in P2 is a temporary journey with a goal...to get healthier and smaller. So lets enjoy the short, temporary journey for the good things it has to offer and look at it as an adventure instead of a chore or unpleasant discipline. A changed you awaits at the end of these few weeks. Embrace the journey!
I will be around to offer help with questions and concerns, and my input will always be based on the original protocol.
All the best as you begin your round!

Hey Leez,
Very quiet I see! Hmm, people must be busy. Me, I'm going to do another round. It would have been my last 10lbs if I hadn't let myself creep up 7lbs over LDW. I got cocky and sloppy (as usual.)
Looking at my calendar to figure out the best time to start P2. Maybe load this weekend.
Best, MC
Yes, a little puzzling, because summer is generally a time when things get busier on the forums. I dowonder if the changing availability of HCG has been a factor. I expect more will be jumping in soon.

Hey all, just wanted to post an update. I believe I'm on p2d16 and lost about 10 lbs so far. I was hoping to do a 23 day round but looks like I may have to extend to get a little further down!
Trying to stay in high spirits but food cravings have been tough. Just gotta remind myself what it's all for 😌
Me, I prefer to do rounds in the summer because it doesn't matter if hcg makes you feel cold :-)
For an occasional food craving, a little glutamine powder under the tongue can stop those. If you are fighting hunger or cravings constantly, then that may be a sign your dose needs adjustment.
If you want to check your dose, skip a day and see how you are feeling by late afternoon on the skip day. If noticeably better, lower your dose.
If hunger/cravings are worse, raise dose.
@misscast: Totally agree. I did one February round and the only time I felt warm was when I was immersed in a hot bath. Summer rounds are so much more comfortable.

My hunger seemed to be pretty well controlled up until yesterday, got a little hungry at night into this morning, but not too crazy. If it gets worse will definitely do the skip day again.
I think the cravings are more psychological than anything. I'm surrounded by my kids snacks and cookies etc 😅 in the past whenever I've dieted I've had substitutions for my favorite chocolate snacks etc. Have been trying to stay on protocol though and staying away from chocolate even the sugar-free types.
It can be challenging to be in a situation where you are watching others eat treat foods. Hang in there. Remember there is an end to P2 and its only a couple weeks away.
When I was in P2 and really wanted something, I would wrap it up and freeze it. It seemed to help to know that I could eat it later rather than just missing out entirely. Interestingly, most of the time I never got back to eating whatever it was that was so calling to me.

Thanks for the motivation Leez! And its so funny you mention freezing treats, that's exactly what I did this weekend after making brownies with my daughterlooking forward to those eventually lol.
Hey guys, made it to p2d20! I've been reading thru thr forums and it seems as if waiting till day 26 is the way to go? I'm technically on 20 days of injection, which includes 2 days loading and a skip day. I've lost 10 lbs so far (have been stalled at ~114 for the past 5 days 😔 I think it's an old set point) and was planning on doing 10 more days anyway just to see if I can squeeze off a couple of more pounds before calling it. Do I need to do another skip day for immunity? Or after the 30th injection day can i stop the shots and proceed to 3 days vlcd then p3?
The minimum round length is 23 dose days (includes 2 loading days) Skip days are not counted in the tally. You can stop any time after that.
We observe that the best stabilization happens at 30 or more dose days, so your plan to do 30 days is an excellent one.
For rounds of up to 30 days, you do not need to do skip days, but you can if you like. I always do so that I have the option to go 40 dose days if I want to. You keep losing on your skip days, so its fine to do them or fine to not do them in this circumstance.
You can start transition after the 30th injection while staying on P2 eating for 72 hours. Then P3 begins!
