I am just popping in. I have been traveling since April and after that went thru over 14 days sever coughing sneezing congestion … horrible. Tested negative twice for covid but sure do not know what hit. My husband started this first and i followed. I am on P4 but outside of my 2 lb limit. Right now up 2.6 lbs over LIW Trying to hold steady till i do second round. Looks like i will start second round July 4 Thought it would be memorial day but i got in two out of town shows in June and my head doesnt want to go with a round while i am out of town, I havent done great maintaining but hoping to get closer to LIW before I start the second needed round, Today 152. Goal 140 LIW was 149.4 i think being sick for two weeks and lack of sleep i got sloppy with my choices.

Hey Soujourners, thought I'd pop in and say hi. This month am doing my sixth (full) round and am on P2D11 - woke up to a nice 0.5kg drop this morning, so that's so far 3.6kg in losses.

I'm doing homeopathic drops as I did in my other rounds. I've been keeping very strict records across all rounds and it's fascinating to me how each round is very similar in terms of daily, weekly and overall losses. The record keeping has been a game changer for me as I can see my progress and compare it to the same period in my previous rounds, it's letting me know that I am actually on track.

Am also taking weekly measurements as I find that really helps my head space when the inevitable stalls turn up. I am planning on a full 40 day round before P2, and looking at doing another round after that. I've re-read Weightloss Apocalypse by Robin Phipps Woodall which is the best explanation I've seen of how and why this protocol works, particularly in regard to leptin. I think her Hunger Scale is going to be very helpful in P3 and beyond, since I eventually end up losing the same 8kgs over the last few rounds - really need to get my head around cementing in those losses

Am excited and grateful for this journey, and am quite amazed by the way Dr Simeons worked so long and hard on this protocol and to explain it in a logical and comprehensive way.

    Good luck everyone!

    2011: R1 started at 68.5kg finished at 60.7kg
    2016: R2 started at 76.5kg finished at 68.1kg R3 started at 68.6kg finished at 63.8kg
    2021: R4 started at 76.30kg finished at 68.5kg R5 started at 70.1kg finished at 67.80kg
    2022: R6 started at 76.6kg in progress

    Hi stelly,

I, too, keep notes and am also surprised how my losing and/or plateau patterns are nearly identical in different rounds.

Use it to plan your round, ask questions, share concerns, support and encourage each other, or just post for your own accountability. What ever works for you.

This months group is the Sojourners. The meaning of the word, sojourn, is to make a temporary stay. Our time in P2 is a temporary journey with a goal...to get healthier and smaller. So lets enjoy the short, temporary journey for the good things it has to offer and look at it as an adventure instead of a chore or unpleasant discipline. A changed you awaits at the end of these few weeks. Embrace the journey!

I will be around to offer help with questions and concerns, and my input will always be based on the original protocol.

All the best as you begin your round!
Hi All, I've been reading this forum for the last 12 years and have followed some of you. This is my first time to reply but I'm doing this because I think it is important to use all the resources available to me so I am successful. Obviously, I haven't been so successful so far because I'm still struggling with my weight. I'm at the highest weight I've ever been.

Anyway, my specific question is I received my prescription from the pharmacy through Diet Docs but the prescription says to inject 15 uis once in the morning but isn't that too low. They suggested I get the 11,000 ui so that is what I have. I have asked Diet Doc but have yet to hear back. I want to start tomorrow if at all possible.

Thanks for all your help and your stories!

Welcome Conifer, support can be a big part of being successful. So glad to have you with us!

What DietDoc instructions intend is to inject at the 15 mark on your U-100 insulin syringe. That would be 15 cc/or ml. Which mixed at a 1:1 ratio of HCGiu's to bacteriostatic water ml's is a dose of 150iu, not 15. We know from other queries that DietDoc mixes their HCG at at 1:1 ratio.

150iu is a good starting dose for most people, so the pharmacies instructions are using the wrong measurement if it says 15iu. If that is what is printed on the lable, make sure you inform DietDoc of it, because that is an error. To be clear: pull your dose to 15 on the needle to achieve a 150iu dose.

Bless you, Leez! Thanks for letting me know.

So Diet Doc sends their HCG already mixed?

I'm starting my two day load tomorrow.

They changed their product to premixed just recently, so I'm assuming that is what you have. If it is not premixed, then the vial would have a little white powder in the bottom, or a very tiny amount of liquid (1 ml) in the bottom of the vial.

It wouldn't hurt to confirm with them that you should pull to 15 on your syringe to get a 150iu dose.

    Hi Leez,

My dosage is all straightened out now. Not feeling hungry too much and remembering why I did this, which is to get back in touch with my body.

Today though, I made a mistake of giving myself the dosage for my B12 and not the HCG which is 50ml not 15. I did it when I was half asleep. I'm really bummed because everything was going so well especially the dosage. What should I do going forward? skip the next two days? Is this going to really mess everything up?

    Thanks for your time.

So you took more than a triple dose of HCG today? OK..well lets see what happens.....If you are hungry later today, skip at least tomorrow. If you wake up hungry tomorrow, do the second skip day.

Uggghh! Woke up to a 0.5kg gain this morning. Only thing I had different from the usual menu was tomato paste and zucchini, so assuming one (or both) are the culprits.
