June 2023 Loaders - TIFPI group

Welcome June loaders, this thread is for you!

Use it to plan your round, ask questions, share concerns, get and give support or just post for accountability, it's all good.

I'll be around to field any questions, and my input will always be based on the original protocol. You can receive or reject as you like, we'll still be here for you.

Why the group name, TIFPI? It stands for "Temporary Inconvenience for Permanent Improvement" Your short term round will pay off in health benefits that will last long beyond the time you invest in the low calorie part of the protocol. Here's to working toward our goals!

Good luck on your upcoming round!

slimshady, if you are willing to do the skip day, lets try to sort out your dose. Its really impossible to fix dose problems without it.

It is miserable to try to do this protocol while hungry. I'm a little confused about your report about the effects of the hormone. Other than hunger, what other effects are you experiencing? Maybe some of that will give us a clue to helping you.

You know this, but posting it for others reading the thread and wondering how to do a skip day with homeopathic drops.

Skip first and second of three daily doses and take note of hunger level at the time for the third dose. If more hungry, adjust up 2 drops per dosing time. If hunger disappears, adjust down 2 drops per dosing time. Take your new dose on the evening of your skip day.

I get it. Sometimes there is a delicate balance of stuff going on, and you just don't want to mess things up further.

If you have completed 23 dose days, you can take an interruption. Transition off like you would do at the end of the round and eat P3 for up to 13 days. Then you can start right back in without loading to complete your round.

Yes, consider it as an option that might make it easier for you when you get back on P2. I can't promise it will help, just an idea.

Yes, you can do melba on your two transition days, because you aren't yet adding fats.

Are you planning to just keep eating P2 but with added fats? If so, that is not necessary. Over the years many people in these forums have just eaten P3 style and were successful. You can expand your protein choices, eat dairy, eggs & nuts and any veggie/fruit you wish in P3.

However, the original protocol in addressing the interruption does say "...the patient must increase his diet to at least
800 calories by adding meat, eggs, cheese, and milk to his diet after the third day..." Which seems to infer to continue on P2 food choices but add extra proteins. So you can do it either way.

If you want something crunchy like the melba, you can try roasted plantain chips. (I get the Amazon Wicked brand and use them as crackers or dippers--they are very neutral and go with everything.) Linda Prinster, who wrote the book HCG Weight Loss Cure Guide has a chart where she lists acceptable choices for P3, and one of them is plantain chips at a half ounce serving (about 20 chips). This is a bit controversial, but something you can try and see how you do with it. I was able to use them in P3, and also was able to use Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted flourless bread, although I didn't ever use them in the first week of P3. The plantain chip I mentioned is a good choice healthwise, because they use a good oil and it is roasted not fried.

The 800 calories is the MINIMUM to increase to. You can certainly eat more. Eat to satisfaction, not to fullness and you won't need to worry about calories. Except to make sure you are getting enough. If you are unsure how to discern the satisfaction point, this post I wrote might help you.

Yes, you can totally mix veggies on an interruption.

You don't have to add dairy, its just an option. If you know you have sensitivity, its better not to try to add it in. You can get enough protein in with expanding your variety of meats.

I think you'll love the plantain chips. They are especially good with tuna or chicken salad and guacamole. O, and just because I don't do them the first week of P3, doesn't mean you can't. I wait because my first week of P3 is usually pretty volatile on the scale, so I stay mostly plain that first week to try and calm that down.
