You count dose days while on P2.

    Awesome interruption result!

What I mean is, I'm not sure if it will be easier (or just semantics) to start counting tomorrow as P2 Day 30 (as if it were continuous, minus the 7 day PI), or just start it fresh at 1 as if it were a new round, just for ease of counting. It feels like a fresh start! I'm down .4 for the break, so I'll take it! I'm hoping the next couple of weeks bring some good losses!

On an interruption, the reason to count dose days is first to make sure you don't start the interruption too soon, and second to make sure that when you resume that you stop at the maximum 40 dose days. Transition and interruption days are not counted. An interruption less than 21 days means you can resume your round, up to 40 total dose days.

Since I believe you mentioned you are going to do 60 days, you can count it however you like, cause at that point you are in rogue territory where you make your own rules. 40 dose days is the recommended round length for both HCG RX and hhcg homeopathic. Even though you are not supposed to develop immunity on hhcg, you may find you have difficulty stabilizing with rounds longer than 40 days*. I should mention there actually have been a couple reports from those that felt they developed immunity even on hhcg. It's smart to weigh the risks and then decide if you want to go ahead. Personally, I suspect you can probably get away with going the 3 extra weeks, but you can't always predict.

    * I tried to help someone stabilize who had been on hhcg continuously for over 6 months. She lost something like 65-70 pounds. Though I tried to counsel her through all the techniques that should help one stabilize, nothing worked and she rapidly regained everything she had lost in a short time. It was heartbreaking to watch. She tried so hard to make it work.

Tomorrow will technically be day 30, but I only have maybe 20-22 days of drops left. I will probably push forward and finish the other 10-12 days past 40. It won't be much more. I definitely won't be doing a full 60, so really only an extra two weeks.

I went back and read the posts about cycling. I've thought about it, wondering if it would be something I could do maybe 21 days on, 14 days off, but I don't really want to venture into cycling territory. I agree and don't want to push my luck too far. I think it will be harder to stabilize for the long run. I also don't think I'm gonna jump back into another P2 in a hurry once this round is finished.

Edited to add: I went back and looked at the May Loaders thread to be sure. My last dose day was actually day 28. I was counting my transition days. So I technically have 11 dose days to hit 40. I could pick up a couple more if I skip one day a week. I probably won't unless I start getting extra hungry, in which case I may just call it and move to P3. I'm also gonna wait til Monday to go back to P2. I have two avocados left that will be ripe enough to eat tomorrow and I'm not about to let them go to waste!

Didn't you skip some days for your cycle early on? Those would not be counted in the 40 max, nor would transition days and any other skip days. It seems you will probably be pretty close to the 40 when all is said and done.

I've found you can make avocado icecream with frozen ripe avocados. I make mine with chocolate, sweetener and some cream. I never have to waste an avocado now. But I would adjust my plans around ripening avocados too!

For the weird period out of the blue in the middle? I may have! I have to go back and look now. I might have stopped for the first day or two. That would give me two more days.

I'm probably gonna make guacamole, but I had also been thinking about avocado chocolate pudding. It never occurred to me to freeze it and make ice cream! I bet there is a vitamix recipe for that!

Up .9 this morning. Did too much work/exercise yesterday. My body is sore!

Stepping back into P2D29 with a WHOOSH! Down 2.2 to 186.7! These are the rare days I am happy to stand on the scale! Also a positive way to start the rest of my P2! I didn't even mind the scale rounding me up .1 this morning. I am not holding my breath, but if I could finish up this round in the 160's (even 169), I'd be thrilled!

Morning all, VLCD#2 for me. I'm mostly ok. Walked both yesterday and this morning. Was below the loading weight this morning so that was a nice surprise. Hit my water yesterday but had to be very intentional about drinking. Clearly, my hydration habit is not up to snuff. I've got plenty of proteins in frig and making a meal plan for the week. I put chicken breasts in the crock pot yesterday so I have easy options for a few days. Not over thinking myself today and trying to stay busy. Just keep telling myself it is what it is and I just need to get up each day, eat intentionally, drink my water and stay calm!! I've done this many times in the past 12 years and trying to stay positive with the attitude will help. Deep breath!

JennyV- that's great news!! A great leap back into P2 and I hope that you rock the last phase of P2!

Roselanaue- I'm afraid we need to get used to sauna's for the next 4 months! UGH!!!

I'll be back tomorrow with another good attitude, hopefully!!

Kmac, just gotta get past the first few days when the mental part will smooth out and everything else will follow. You got this!

And I hear y'all on the sauna. GA humidity is like the devil's armpit! The temps haven't been bad yet from all the rain we've had the past month or two, but the muggy is always there, and the heat is about to step it up!

P2D30-- no change today. Holding steady at 186.7. It's all good. About to make some coffee and hit the rebounder.

    P3D19: Almost done. Glad.

All is well. I'm 3 pounds heavier than when I started P3, so I'm ending up right at the top of my window. My clothes are just a bit looser than when P3 started, so its all good.

@Kmac: I amost always am either back to preload weight or a little below the morning of Day 2.... I love that SO much. Congrats on a great start!
