Learn what Leez's Loaders is all about

    Welcome to the forums!

If you are reading this forum, you may be looking for a place to plug in and connect with others starting their HCG round soon. This is that place! Loading (also called Phase 1) is the first 2 days on HCG when you eat lots of fats to prepare yourself for the upcoming very-low calorie diet (also called Phase 2).

If you are new to the protocol, it's common to be confused by the vast amounts of information on these boards. Joining a monthly starters group can help you settle in while you get your bearings. Chances are, you will have some joining you that are further along in their rounds, and who can share their experiences with you.

It's totally up to you to join a group or not, there is no requirement. We are here for you, and this is a way to provide some guidance and the opportunity for some camaraderie on your journey. If you've already discovered another established group and want to join that instead, that's perfectly fine. Christy's Lovely Losers is a group that has been ongoing for several years and they welcome anyone at any stage of their HCG progress and using any of the HCG delivery methods and different forms. You will find other ongoing groups in the Member Support groups forum as well. A list of other specialty groups scattered about the forum can be found : HERE

You can use your group however you like--share your plans an preparation ideas, ask questions, cheer one another on. Some groups just post for a few days until they get started, and others stay together throughout their entire round and sometimes beyond. If at some point after your start month is completed, your group decides to stay together, you can request that the thread be renamed and sent to the main groups forum. Or, it's also perfectly fine to just start a new group there if you wish.

Wishing you all the best as you embark on this very exciting journey to a healthier you. I'm personally excited for you because of my own successful experience with HCG. It worked for me when everything else I tried had failed. HCG was my miracle and it gave me my "self" back. Even as it was happening, I still had a hard time believing it could work for me and actually get me to goal. And yet, it did. You can do it too.

Help Leez! I am doing a "dr. supervised" hcg round, but I have learned more on this site than anywhere else. I have been very hungry and very tired. I am on P2 VLCD 7. I have lost about 8 pounds since loading. I feel like my dose might be high. When I asked the dr. what my actual dosing was, the assistant said she would have to call me back because she had no idea. Fortunately, she did call me back to say I was taking 182iu per .25 cc syringes. So today, I squirted .05 out and just injected .20. I think I feel better. Still very low on energy. Anyone have any advice to help???? I really want this to go well and I want to have enough energy to be a good mom to my kids and a great wife to hubby. Energy low and being hungry to help with that.

182iu is a high dose. Since you feel better today, it seems obvious your dose is too high. You've lowered to about 144iu with your change. That might be enough. It takes about 3 days for the levels to even out, so you won't really know for a day or two yet.

If you still have some hunger after 2 more days, skip your dose for a day. If on that skip day, your hunger is gone or much better AFTER 4pm, then lower again to 125iu.
