    Yay! You are doing so good on the stabilization. I read on here that people usually stabilize better after 30 days of p2. I know I am struggling more with less p2 days this round than last one so maybe there is some truth in it. Good luck on your patches!

    Happy Easter everyone! Doing great this morning. NO gain and no loss so stabile this a.m. I even had a couple glasses of wine last night at our friends house. Maybe the 3 volleyball games had something to do with the no gain. I have not eaten one piece of candy from the kids so I am holding strong!!!

    WOAH OK MAJOR CHEAT DAYS!!!!!!!

    Stalled for 4 days at 183.8 so ate some none protocol proteins at a party but was on protocol up until then. Guess what ... no change. So the next day I cheated again with flapjacks and cookies (with Protocol foods) which only took me up by 0.2. I was going to stop there but today I was at a wedding and ate some carbs then got home and had another piece of flapjack and then 3 mini Milky Way chocolate bars!!!! WHAT?! WHY?! I don’t know!!!! DAMN EATER BUNNY!

    To be honest I didn’t feel guilty about the first 2 days but felt bad about today as it was not planned (the first day was intentional to break said stall so I didn’t care about the gain, and again with day 2 cheat as no gain on day 1) I am expecting the scales to show a gain tomorrow so I can hopefully take it from there again.

    Ok so no more wedding food or interruptions (even though I’ve got another wedding next weekend) I did have all my food prepared for this wedding I guess it was just forgetting my hcg at home, long day (7am till 10pm!!!!) and every1 saying a little bit of food wouldn’t hurt that finally did it. I get it though no 1 forced me to eat by holding a gun at my head so I take full responsibility for my actions. I WILL BE PREPARED FOR NEXT WEEK AND WILL NOT CHEAT!!!

    Ps I saved my Easter egg for after p3! That’s got to be a plus right?!

    Just jump back on the wagon. Were you hungry or just wanting munchies? If you were hungry maybe you need to check your dose???

    Come on Kimmy7........Get back up and ride.......you have had such great losses.......stop sabotaging your GREAT SUCCESSES with the cheats........WE ALL KNOW YOU CAN STAY STRICT TO PROTOCOL!!!!! You can do this girl!!!!......stalls are normal for everyone......do an apple day if it happens again.......there is lots of evidence on this forum that says you can lose your cheat weight gains fast and not suffer unsurmountable damage to the program if you can rein this in and stay on protocol!!!

    Lets go Kimmy! Get up and get back on. We are all chzeering you on.

    Im in training class all week guys so I may not reply but believe me im reading all posts. Im up 1.4lbs this morning. I don't think its a real gain. I need to "poop" but having issues. Smooth move didn't work. I've been taking other things and still nuthin. Bloats like hell this morning so I do think that's my problem. I ate big protein yesterday but wasn't really hungry the rest of the day. Did drink my 100 oz water and my daily lemon in water so I probably didn't eat enough either. Oh well … im back to P2 and my patches today. Vlcd here I come. Lol.

    Awww thanks every1!

    Only up 0.6 so I was exactly where I was last week. (+0.8 overall) Back on Protocol today! I was thinking the last time I was this weight was about 2 ˝ - 3 yrs ago and maintained around there for nearly 2 years previously.

    Could that be the reason for the stall?

    I did try the apple day and it didn’t work for me at all, but my goal for this round was to shift at least 20lbs. I still have 2 weeks and 6.2 lbs to go so I think that it’s still a realistic goal.

    Mom2 - no real hunger, just wanted munchies!!!

    I'm glad to see you are back on the wagon! Stalls are very hard to deal with. I didn't comment earlier because I was having my own little mini breakdown over my week long stall. It was only with the help of two apple days (beginning & end of the week) that I managed to release 1.8# to 2# this week. I'll offer what worked for me the most...pulling out the tape measure! While the scale wasn't moving I did lose 5 inches in my chest, wait and thighs. I look forward to hearing about great releases from you this week.

    Thats the thing, i didn't have any inch loss either! not 1cm!

    Does anyone think i should do an extra week or two on hhcg before p3?

    2 weeks and 6.2 lbs to go. That is totally doable if you stick to protocol! Part of this diet is cleaning out the system of all the junk we eat and to release fat with clean eating. Keep up the clean eating. If you find yourself in a stall for a few days, try the detox bath as well. That could jump start it back up. I did stall a bit at the maintain weight I was at for while so I figured the rest of the fat was just more dedicated to sticking around!
