    I didn't stop taking Hcg during TOM last time. I can't imagine trying to stay on 500 cal during it!!! Don't do the pop tarts! You can avoid them and stay strong. I look at food now and think of all the hard work I have done in the past few days and know that 1 cheat will bring me up in weight. You have worked too hard.

    I did not understand that you can't have the same protein twice a day. So I have to chose chicken as a protein for one meal and fish or beef for my second meal? I also thought it was OK to have two apples a day. Confused.....

    Hi Everyone! I am starting round 2 - loading on March 17th & 18th. I lost 18 lbs on R1, but finished just before Christmas. Did ok with my cheating over the holidays, but I guess I thought I could get away with a lot and ate pretty much whatever I wanted over the last two months. No P3 - I have put just about all of the weight back on. Bummer. I learned a lot in Round 1 and I am looking forward to getting back to it. I know I can do that part. Then I will be doing a strict Phase 3 before jumping back into another round. I look forward to sharing the journey with you. Very encouraging to read of your many successes so far.     That's what I thought as well, I didn't read anything about not having the same thing within a day I just thought it was limited to number of servings..I'm just as confused as you are! Does anyone else know anything about 2 of the same servings in one day??

    You are allowed
    2 proteins per day- not the same one on the same day
    2 fruits per day- not the same one on the same day.
    2 veggies per day - not the same one on the same day

    do not mix your veggies. For apples you can only have 1 per day(so get a really big one). I think Dr. S explained it in P&I that you can have 1 big apple but not 2 small apples to make up to 1 big apple. I can't exactly remember his reason but it was mentioned.

    What I do is eat 1/2 grapefruit in the a.m. (I make sure I cut it wrong and make my side bigger!) But I do weigh it before and after I eat it and figure out the caloires.
    Then for my next fruit I either do apple or strawberries. I cut them into small pieces and eat for snack after lunch. I alway weigh my food, cause you can get more that way. I do take more strawberries than allowed cause my kids poach them from me.

    I eat the same protein just about every day. I am a little bit rouge though as I eat ground turkey as one of my choices. Its super easy to cook at lunch and sometimes I have it at home too because it cooks faster than chicken breasts. I also have been having two apples a day, and very often the same veggies. I have been trying to branch out and try other veggies instead of lettuce and spinach all the time. I tried fresh asparagus for the first time and it wasn't half bad. I put a mustard and concentrated chicken broth sauce on it.

    I really don't like steak all that much, I refuse to eat veal, and I despise fish. Shellfish is too expensive for my wallet.

    I lost 21 lbs doing this using homeopathic drops, and I am still losing eating the same way using the RX injections.

    You seem to have the protocol figured out now. Two different fruits and two different meats for one day. Try some of the recipes.......I have enjoyed every meal and because there are so few "legal" ingredients it is nice to find variety in how to prepare them........I have enjoyed the Bragg's liquid amino's (I use about 1/2 of what's recommended cause I find it pretty salty) and all the fresh herbs that many of the recipe's call for. Stay the course......its working well for me so far!!!

    If you haven't already reconstitued your HCG you may want to look back in the forum's and google around a bit about adding your B12 as part of your liquid to reconstitute the HCG......I believe moderator Grammy talks about this........I have done so and only do one injection a day with both products mixed together.

    Thanks golf. It is my 2nd round but I did the first round last year. (oh I think I am supposed to update that thingy on my info page) I did a ton of research and scoured the internet for info. I printed a ton of stuff on it and read in the bathroom!!! I pretty much forgot everything but being back on the forum it is coming back. I am also avoiding all the work I have to do cause my brain can't seem to focus for long periods of time this week. I am hoping the fog clears by Friday or Saturday.

    Hey everyone! I am hoping to join you guys. I start loading tomorrow and am so excited to get started! I am doing 150 rx injections and can't wait to lose the weight. I am a newbie so if anyone has any advice I all ears. Hope to get to know you all better and good luck to everyone!
