    Hi Everyone
I am so sorry I just stopped checking in. I have been crazy busy with worrying about my brother in law, running the kids to all the sports, my business starting its busy time and just plain could not find the time to do other than work!
Thank you all for your support regarding my brother in law. I talked to him yesterday and he is done with the physical therapy, and back home. He left the hospital about 4 or 5 days after his surgery. The doctors had originally thought that he would go into a re-hab facility for surgery patients, but he ended up doing so well that he went to his parents house for a couple of days and then home! They cut out his brain tumor 2 weeks ago and he is doing amazing. He also lost about 35 lbs in the hospital. He said he needs to put some weight back on!!!!! Lucky.
I have stabilized and still on p3. I should probably go to p4 but I feel better when I keep the sugar and starches away from me. I have adapted recipes to suit my needs as well. I am eating a ton of raw almonds. Have also started eating the dryers no sugar added fruit popsicles. I have tried walking when I can at the track when my daughter is having soccer practice.
I read all the posts since my last one. You all are doing amazing! Cupid you will fit into that dress. I am so happy for you that you have been so dedicated and lost so much.
determined- (I think that is who posted this) - about your SIL's surgery and they went through the nose! amazing. My prayers are going out to her as well.
Sounds like you all are keeping on keeping on!!! like golf says.
I was scared of p3 as well and after a bit of a rough 2 weeks I was able to stabilize after a correction day.
I plan on doing another round in the next year. I can't do it in the summer and I have a big trip planned for November and then the holidays with everyone coming here. So January (if possible) it is.
My hair is still falling out by the way. I have been taking biotin and shen min and it is not as bad as it was last round for me. So maybe that is helping with the hair loss. I got it cut short and it is feeling healthier as well.
Will check back when I can and I have missed you all.
Good losses everyone! Happy stabilizing as well!!!!!

Waves to all the March Loaders.

Cupid I love how you just keep going along. I am crossing my fingers you will report back with a nice loss after your detox bath.

mom2two I am so pleased to hear about your brothers amazing recovery. I'll still keep him in my prayers. You seem to be doing amazing on P3 other than the hair loss. I hope you manage to get it under control soon.

As for me...162.2 this morning so .6 under my LIW and I have really been doing amazing. My only problem so far is eating enough. I never thought I would say that. Trying to get to 1500 calories has been almost impossible for me without feeling stuffed. I've added in a few handful of nuts during the day to help and a protein shake but so far haven't reached that number yet. Thankfully my weight isn't fluctuating too much even with the addition of exercise.

Forgive me for not posting as often but I do read every post.

Good morning guys and Happy Belated Mother's Day (for the mothers of course)

I am doing well. The 280s won't let me go but of course I'm not giving up. I didn't weigh all weekend but this morning I'm down 1.1lb. So of course I will take that. Friday I start my planned interruption for 10 days (vacation) and will try LR to stabalize during that time. Otherwise, things are going well; just hoping to get to 260 by June 16. "Please please scale fairy...I need your help!" LOL

    Happy Losses!

Good morning.... I finally hit 50 lbs lost this morning! Yeah!!!!

I spend about 35 bucks and bought a digital weight watchers scale. AT first I was skeptical because I was well over 300 lbs but now that I'm down to 286.6 it seems to be more accurate to me

Keep up the great work. I'm looking forward to my 10 day planned interruption that starts FRIDAY!!! Eggs here i come!!!!

Oh I love the new picture Cupid! Congrats on the losses so far. If you keep it up then the pounds will just keep peeling away and you will reach your goal.

As for me...P3 is going too smoothly I think. I am going to confess and say that maybe I stabilized too well since I've managed to do it even with a few cheats. Its amazing to me that I was so focused on P2 and devout about everything I put in my mouth but now its a little of everything but nothing to excess. Not exactly the way Dr. Simeon advocated in his protocol but I'm going to take it and run since at this point I'm .4 below LIW. I almost can't wait to start the next round to get some structure back in my diet and see the scale going down down down.

Cupid, you are doing so well. 50 lbs. is amazing.
I still lurk here and have been doing P3-LR since 4/20 with an LIW of 203.8. I have stabilized between 198 - 199 (though crept to 200 with Mother's Day so may try a steak day tomorrow).
Any March loaders going to be starting another round in June? I am thinking I will load June 2-3 then start injections again June 4th. I have both Corion and Hucog and am not sure which I am going to use for Round 2.

@Cupid : do you reload with a planned interruption? Or just start the hcg and vlcd up again??
    Life is Good..Enjoy it.

No reload...when you come off the HCG; you still do the vlcd for 72 hrs and then incorp your P3 foods; when I go back to P2...I go straight back to VLCD. I'm soooo ready for Friday!

I'll also be starting another round at the end of May/First of June. I've got another 15 I'd like to lose before my vacation at the end of July. I wish you the best of luck and will be watching out for your posts.

WTG Cupid!!! Enjoy the vacation and the eggs. I'm almost sick of them lol but they have been great for me in being rock solid for two weeks now.

    @Golf
I'm so glad you have stabilized so well. Your posts on your experience were very encouraging for me when I headed into P3.

Hey guys. We made it to Oklahoma safely. Today was first day of my P3 Break. Tried BAB this morning and got sick. I could not eat the food. I'm not sure if it was the fact that my body is used to NO GREASE or what. Iwas nauseated all morning. By lunch I was able to stomach some smoked chicked breat meat cut up...WOW! Maybe tomorrow will be a better day for eating P3. I had a small Starbucks coffee frapp skinny. It was pretty good but haven't eaten much food today. Any suggestions?

I was so excited for the break and now it has made me sick. I need my safe P2 back LOL
