    thanks for your support and hats off to you and your major progress. I think this protocol is very strict and many peoplestruggle but for me it has been the easiest with zero hunger. I love it.

    Does a happy dance. We matched for the day. 1.4 lbs released this morning. I love the first week of a new round. Happy Scales to you too...260s are right around the corner.

    Just stopping in for a quick check in. I hope your losses are still coming Cupid. I love the new profile picture. This first week of round 2 was a challenge but it feels like I'm in that honeymoon phase now of the diet now where the hunger and cravings are finally gone. 6.4# released forever and now on to week 2. Have amazing losses.

    Waves to any of the other March loaders who might still be lurking wishing them luck as well in losing or maintaining.

    Mia you are rocking right along! That is fabulous. I often wonder how hard it will be to get back to P2 after 3 weeks of P3 but once I see that scale moving down I will be fully on board. My plan it to extend my Round 2 (starting in July) for as long as it takes for me to get to goal. I've now done my first round of P2 for 3 months... I'm sure I can do it another 3 months until I can see 195. Then I will play with my last 20 lbs and try to do it on my own with exercise....if that doesnt work. Round 3 will be in Jan to lose maybe 20lbs. I don't want to go below 175 because I don't want to NOT LOOK LIKE ME...Too skinny just won't work for me. LOL.

    I lost 1.5 this morning so I have 13 days left before my first P3 meal of bacon and eggs with a lil cheese. LOL. I will stay on P3 the entire 3 weeks. I think I just may see the 260s before this round is complete. I'd love to see 260 EXACTLY but I don't think that will happen...so I will settle for 269. LOL

    I also love to hear from some stabilizers who started with us march Loaders...PsPalin. Melanie, etc. How are you guys doing? I need some inspiration to know that once I'm done I can keep it off forever! LOL

    I'm sticking it out! Hopefully this unplanned trip doesn't slow me down. I will have to miss my injection today and last night I stuck to protocol but no way to measure the food. I had the best steamed crabs...yummy...but with the shells and no scale who knows how many calories I ate for dinner last night and it was my first time trying them out. It might be a good thing I am also without my scale so I can't see the damage. Happy Losses Cupid *whispers to the scales to head quickly to the 260's*.

    I hope the other march loaders peak in as well but most likely they are even out of P4 at this point if they were only doing a single round. I know a few of them were doing amazing and Mel had a great thread where she comments on adding in exercise with lots of success.

    I'm a March loader and don't check in often, but seem to be stabilizing okay. I did an extra long round (because I was such a slow loser) and it doesn't seem to have affected stabilization. I admit I am still a bit confused by Letin Reset versus Primal eating so have been mixing the two but Primal feels more "normal" to me now and I think it's because I was sooooo craving fats during P2 and now that craving is being met.

    I am curious about energy levels. Did you all feel more energy in P2 or P3 when you could have more fats?

    I'll admit that I felt amazing in P3 energy wise and with a 43 day round I didn't have a problem stabilizing with no gain over LIW other than one day for 4 weeks. I didn't do the Letin Reset because of the limited choices for food in the rural area where I spend quite a bit of time.

    Way to go Cupid!!! You look amazing. Thanks for sharing...you are my inspiration. I'm crossing my fingers for you to see the 60's and it looks like you can get there for sure.

    I'm up 1.5lbs today. I noticed I drank alot but didn't pee as much...just water. I will flush it out today. LOL. I put on my last patch this morning. Will remove Friday morning an then 72 hours til P3. Wish me luck!

    The best of luck to you Cupid! I agree it probably is just water weight so no problem at all to get it off. How long do the patches last...a week?

    Mia you are supposed to change out the patch every 3 days but I read where someone else was streching theirs out longer and I started doing it too. I do 4 days and on the 5th day I wear 2 and day 6 remove the old one. So far no problems. It just made my patches last longer so I wouldn't have to buy a new set to only use 1 then go to P3. So far so good
