    Mia...NO girl. I lost and gained the same 1.5 lbs over and over again so I will sit at 275 for 3 weeks of P3 I guess. During my detox bath Wednesday night I realized that I lost my patch. Assuming all the sweating from JM 30 day shred so Wed was technically my last patch day. So Sunday will be my first P3 meal. I wanna be sure not to incorp foords too fast. Will keep you guys posted on how I stabilize after sooooo long on P2. Wish me luck

    Also I think im gaining from the 30 day shred dvd. My whole freaking body is sore as hell. Lol. But to me that's a good thing. I've watched the ideos on you tube of the people with the excess skin and it was soooo gross so I will take weight gain for toning minus excess flab. Lol.

    I know everyone seems to really come down hard on exercise but I'll take less weight loss for more toned weight loss and a more defined body. I only lost a bit less than 21 pounds during the first round but wow did I lose a lot of inches and I used the 30 day shred too...love that video...and windsor pilates. I want to look good naked and with clothes on so I suppose it all depends on what your goal is Cupid. Personally I'll take the added few pounds of muscle over weighting less with only just fat and skin left. Keep me posted on how you are doing!!! For P3 I tried to stick to P2 foods and just have larger portions and some luxuries like whipped cream on my stawberries, cream in my tea, nuts and mmmm more types of meat. Bacon and pork shops were my favorite additions. I bought some almond flour so I could have fried and battered food and I did great...maybe too good.

    Hello guys...

    I had my class reunion! Folks didn't even recognize me. LOL

    I'm stabilizing right about 1.5lbs below my LPW. This is week 2 of P3. I like P3 but P2 is so much safer and I miss it. I'm ready to load on July 6th so I can get back to losing the last 75lbs!!! Yeah!!!!

    You looked beautiful!!! I'm glad you stabilized well and I know you will reach your goal. Good luck on this next round.

    I'm actually ending my round pretty soon thankfully...this one was just really hard. I caught a summer flu and ended up doing an interruption for almost a week so total weight loss for this 2nd round for me will end up being about 15 lbs which I'm happy with.

    Thanks Mia. I'm soooo ready to load on Friday. I'm ready to get back to losing. I've done well with stabilization. I was scared because I did almost 100 days for Round 1 and people were daying I wouldn't stabilize well so I was prepared for the worse. I did pretty good. (water weight had me up and down some days though...for me the water retention is horrible and I drink tons of water and not much salt). I was up 6lbs one day and down 7lbs the next. It was crazy but right now I'm .4 above LPW so I'm good. I start loading on Friday! Yeah.... I'm ready to lose the next 75lbs. I will more than likely only do a 40 day round and pray for at least 35lbs!

    Just checking in with all my March buds......All I can say is Wow!!!! Glad so many of you are still here.... I would have been one of the first to start out in this thread which was amazingly informative and supportive in my journey to weight loss and improved health....Cupid??? AMAZING PROGRESS!!!! You obviously went a bit 'Rogue' doing 100 days but wow good on ya!!!!

    I have been doing a leptin reset and finding out about many food sensitivities as I try to reintroduce certain foods..... Learning how my body works all over again, generally feel fantastic and have stayed within 3 lbs of my LIW so am genuinely pleased!! I am looking forward to R2 in Sept /Oct. when I will team up with my 33 year old daughter and help her to find a happier healthier weight.
    Here's hoping that this thread never dies!
    Where else are you guys posting so I can keep following your progress!

    Everyone on this thread disappeared.... Not sure where they are. Things are going well for me but Round 2 is sooooooo slow! I'm barely loosing but I'm gonna stick with another long round. I wanna get down to 235 before I end Round 2. That way I will have only 1 round left to complete to reach my goal. Slow and steady wins the race.

    I don't think you are alone having a struggle with round 2..... I think many have a slower go of it the second time but wow I love your attitude!!
    I think it is a good thing that others have moved along from this forum....I think most that I have heard from have had great successes and are perhaps finished with hcg or moving to a new support system for maintenance or further rounds..... Not always a bad thing that people have moved on! I see you are posting in other parts of this forum which is great as you have now developed such a wealth of knowledge and will be a great motivator for so many when they see your awesome success with the protocol!!! Continued good luck to you Cupid .... Keep on keeping on..... You will get the gold at the end of the rainbow!!
