    WELCOME chloe111us!!! Follow some of the VLCD recipes!!! I have portioned out 100gm/ 3.5 ounce portions of organic skinless chicken breast, lean beef tenderloin, Talapia (white fish) and made up Tammy Skype's recipe for chili and frozen into the correct mealsize portions. It makes life so easy......I take out two choice the night before I need them to thaw in the fridge and voile!! Instant meal ready almost!!! Just need to add a vegetable to complete the meal!

    WELCOME cmhailey - You are not alone in being influenced by skeptic's and naysayers.......they surround us all with comment's less than flattering about the CHOICES we have made to get back to a healthy weight and lifestyle. I have tried "it all" including a diet center "supervised starvation" program ........bottom line. I felt like I was starving!!!! BIG BIG BIG difference with HCG onboard!!!! I don't feel "starved" and am not the least bit tempted when out with other's who are "eating normal". I just drink my tea knowing my meal is waiting for me when I get home. All weight loss programs work.......it just behooves us to be very vigilant in keeping to Dr. S protocol to a "T" which includes phase 3 and phase 4.........as excited as I am about the weight leaving I know it is going to be a long haul to show proper restraint in resetting my Hypothalmus and keeping the weight from returning by proper intake of fat, protein and carb's. STAY TUNED GALS......We can all do this!!!! With the support of one another!!!

    momof2boys - I hear ya on the jeolousy!!! I'm sure its hard to see others have success when you have followed protocol to a "T".......Good for you and keep it going girl!! WHOOSH WISHES coming your way X 2!!!

    Hello guys,

    I'm so new to this but I love the support I see and I know I will desparately be seeking support from all of you. I have alot of weight to lose. Hoping for 100lbs eventually and I've seen lots of people on this forum who ARE doing it. I wanna be one of them. Today is my first load day. I don't know if I'm just not hungry or if I'm totally psyched out by this whole process. I did eat chinese for lunch (one of my favorites). Maybe I can eat more for dinner and tomorrow especially since Friday I will be on VLCD1 and I'm sure I will be wishing for the days of loading...LOL.

    Will keep you guys posted on my progress. Best wishes to you all!

    I know how you feel these loading days i just dont really want or know what to eat. Tomorrow i am starting my phase 2 and probably will eventually regret not eating all these foods that i can now hah oh well.

    Hi everyone. I accidently found this site and am I glad I did. This will be my 4 time trying to start round 5. I first started HCG in June of 2010 at 230 in April of 2011 I weighed 165.8 I went from a size 20 jean to a size 11. I was taken off of all blood pressure medicines and acid reflex medicine I felt great. I never thought I would gain back 39 pounds and weigh 205 again. It has been a struggle getting back on track. So here it goes again I loaded Saturday and Sunday started vlcd on Monday. Tuesday I was 202.8 and this morning I was at 199.8. I whis everyone a great loss.

    CupidHCG- WELCOME!!! The more the merrier and the more support for all!!! My reading tells me it is VITAL to load properly ......at least 250 gms of fat a day in order to keep the hunger in check till the HCG really kicks in.........so lots of Macadamia nuts, walnuts, avocado's.......if you search the forum's someone has put out a whole list of great fat choices with the appropriate gms/volume.....even ice cream is on the list.......I ate macadamia nuts and guacomole with tortilla's after my bacon and 2 egg breakfasts X 2
