    Congratulations on your loss!!! Yes you are in the right place and we are happy to have you part of the group. It does get better. I was tired till about yesterday and I am on day 7...so I think we are both heading in the right direction.

    Hello Guys,

    Hope everyone is doing well on our journey. Frankly I'm glad loading is over. I just didn't feel much like eating all that junk. Didn't get on the scale because I honestly did NOT want to see the gain. (Plus I wanna buy a new digital scale today...any suggestions?) Anyway today is my first day of VLCD and I'm feeling great. Lots of energy, lots of water and not craving or hungry at all. (Let's see how long that last...LOL) But whatever the case I'm not cheating and I plan to weather to storm because at the end of the round I'm hoping and praying for 25-30 lbs GONE!!! I will start my daily weigh ins in the morning so I will be sure to posts my results daily.

    I do have a question... I had unsweeten tea for breakfast and 3.5 oz of shrimp with 1 C of broccoli for lunch. I hear people saying broccoli is allowed and that it is NOT allowed. Which one is it? I'm on a supervised program at a doctor's office and the list he gave me DOES have broccoli on it but I want to be sure i'm doing it right to maximize the most results. Thanks.

    I was so happy when loading was over too!! I am excited for you and I am sure you will have great success. I am doing my program through a doctor and they also have broccoli as an okay food. However, Dr. S. does not. I personally have not used it just because I want to also stay as close to protocol as I can. From what I am hearing it hasn't hurt people's progress though, I am just a chicken. I figure I can do anything for 40 days so I just keep it simple. However, that is just me! I hope this helps.

    On the veggies off protocol I think people talk about that in the rouge saloon. I think some do ok with them. But I am not sure. I can barely stomach the veggies any time any where! I usually have to disguise them and then choke them down with water. (exactly like I did when I was 9!)
    Keep strong on your first day of VLCD day 1. I know it is hard but the load will help you. You might have to adjust your dose. I read that you are not supposed to be hungry at all. I too am struggling with hunger. Good luck.

    I have on and off days too! You can do it. Once you get your dosing right it will be ok. I think you are supposed to stick to one dose for a couple of days and then adjust each time. That way you know if you have to go up or down. Try eating your protocol food in bits and pieces and stretch it out all day. That helped me yesterday. I get full (sort of) when I eat each meal so I save part of it for a bit later. Then nibble every hour or so. Good luck. I know how hard it is. I just figure the HCG stays in your system for 3 days so anything I eat off protocol with make you gain triple fold! Not worth it. I am giving you one of Golf's WOOOOOOOOOOOSH!

    Today is my first day with real energy. It takes about a week of VLCD I think. Once your body gets used to it. Try an egg if you don't like chicken. I have an egg with 3 whites for lunch. That is what the sr's on the forum say. I have been avoiding chicken and fish. Can't seem to want to eat them. Good luck and welcome to our group.

    Geeeze post much!!!!!! I am avoiding work obviously. I am down 1 pound ladies!!!!! whop whop. Yay! I am so full of energy today!!! I hope it lasts for tomorrow as well. I have a 4 hour (small one) wedding to shoot tomorrow and I need all the energy and wits about me. I plan to double my protein tomorrow before the wedding. I need all the energy I can get and cannot fade. I did this last round for a wedding and still lost. It is like doing a 4 hour workout so have to increase the calories. I will let you know if I loose or not but I am not so concerned about loosing on Saturday. I just want to be the best I can be for my clients.

    Lol. I was so happy to see a 2 pound loss this morning and I told myself it was because of that candy bar I turned away from. It's not like I even eat candy bars all the time, I think it was just the fact that I wasn't allowed to have it. VLCD2 is almost over and I haven't had any real cravings today and haven't even really been hungry, but I forced myself to eat what was necessary.
