    Yes xmashooker...12.1lbs. I can hardly believe it. Congrats to you too on your 12.2 lbs as well. Tomorrow is a week for me too if you u include load days. Started my injections and loading last wed. Can't wait to weight doctors office tomorrow.

    Okay all, I am down another 1lb today. Just a heads up on what I did since I am a slow loser. I stopped eating tomato and shrimp. I also eliminated 1 fruit. I never ate the melba so that wasn't an issue. So I have 3 protien and 1 fruit, instead of 2 protien and 2 fruit. Just helpful hints I am learning on the way if you are a slow loser. I will keep you posted on the progress.

    Hi Mel; Reading about the uselessness or doubious results from apple days with stalls so I think I will take a page from your book......I have been virtually the same for 3-6 days with minimal losses........I too do not use the melba and was thinking of cutting out the one fruit a day......do you think I would be better to add the extra protein or just leave off the one fruit???

    Check with Grammy......believe she told me to mix 3-4 ml of B12 and 7-6 of Bacteriostatic h2o with my vials......I am using it SQ....

    First off, you are doing WONDERFUL. You also keep me motivated with your posts. Second, yes definitely add the protein for calorie purposes. You want to hit your 500 or your body has potential to go into starvation mode. Just make sure that your protein's are all different for the day and measured out. I had crab, chicken, and tilapia yesterday. Today I am having tilapia, chicken, and cod. I did post this in the newcommer thread and Grammy answered, which I trust her advice and she said that 3 protein's and 1 fruit is just fine and works great for slower losers. NO APPLE DAY!

    Also, I just was told stevia in the raw needs to be used lightly, which sucks because I use it like a crazy person. So I am going to cut back on that and see if that also speeds things up. One cool thing is I feel like I am getting control over this eating thing I have been a slave to for so long.

    Last thing that has helped me since there are many days I get on the scale with no loss...is stalls happen, it is no big deal, you are eating so much better then you were before, your inches will be gone and weight will fall off soon. Keep your eye on the prize. Lastly, if weighing daily has an impact on your mood maybe weight every couple days or so. After I am done testing what works and what doesn't with my losses I am going to move to weighing every 3 days or so.

    Exciting time for so many with your SMASHING LOSSES!!!! Congrats to all!!! Love to hear those downward numbers???

    FTI and those using Tammy Skype cookbook.......every organic or reg. chicken broth I read labels on had 'sugar' as an ingredient but did not have sugar as a percentage of the calorie makeup......SO WHATS UP WITH THAT????? Is there so little added that it does not add calories????.......why add sugar to chicken broth anyways???
    Also Veg. broths purchase have a variety of vegs. in them and usually carrots???? Does this mean that for the recipes we ought to be making our own veg. broth with only legal vegs.......or does it matter????

    Down another 1.6 lbs today! The cravings aren't nearly as bad as they were on the 1st day. I am looking forward to being back down in the 180's. I think I was at 183 before I put on my weight in January in February. I was very stressed so I will be happy when I am below that number. I feel like I'm not too far away from it anymore. I am looking forward to seeing how much I lose all together this week! Looks like you are all doing great. Keep it up!!!

    Oh boy..what an rotten day already First I started the day off with a crappy .4 loss (which I know is still good but I would have liked to see it bigger), then I get of facebook and see this person who I thought was a friend who I confided in about this diet bashing me all over my page. She was calling me names, saying I was lazy and useless, and that I would gain it all back because I am doing it the easy way and if I was a real person I would have done it the right way by diet and exercise. She knows that I started at 140 and I ran everyday to lose the first 10 pounds, but it was such a slow process for me. I'm only 5' and 124.2 now and she said that I was trying to be anorexic skinny to fit in with a crowd that didn't want me?! I understand that 124 lbs isn't bad for some one TALLER but on a shortie like me, it can't be hidden and I try to hide it the best I can behind sweatshirts and hoodies...there is nothing anorexic about me! Needless to say she is gone, but it hurt no matter who the person was. I hope none of you have ever had this happen. My inbox was flooded with people asking what was going on, I don't dare say anything now. Hoping for better times and more losses in my future!
