    Thanks Melaniea. I went to the grocery store today and bought all my load foods as well as my 500 cal. foods. Still need to get a few things. You will do good as long as you stick to it. Time goes by so fast as it is that March will be over in a flash and we will almost be done with this round of phase 2.

    Cool It's my bday & I'll load if i want to, load if i want to.... ;)

    Excited to see others starting this month!!! My 30th bday is on Sunday & I've anxiously been awaiting it so I can start my 2nd round! Maybe I just needed an excuse to eat extra cake I'm going to start loading on Sunday (cake day!), and go to VLCD Tuesday 3/6. I think it's insanely awesome that I am EXCITED for a diet! I had a lot of success with the first round, lost about 16lbs on the drops. I didn't maintain the way i should have, unfortunately, and gained a bit back. Guess I've taken loading to the extreme But I had never felt better when I was on the diet. Lots of energy (after the 1st wk), felt less bloated, and all around clarity. Anyone else starting VLCD on 3/6?

    mom2two I am going to go shopping tomorrow for my 500 calorie foods. Did you prepare most your foods for the week when you started the first time? I was thinking of doing that to make it easier to grab. It will be great to see everyone's progress.

    sakorox HAPPY Early Birthday!!!! What a great gift to yourself to start this diet. Also, you have experience which will make it even easier I am assuming that is. I started loading today. The only issue I am having is I am not hungry at all. I suppose that is a good thing it means my injection is working lol. I am going to force myself to eat as much as I can since I have heard loading is super important.

    I weighed today and I am 150.8, so there is my starting line. Here we go! :}

    That is awesome! I just looked at the blog. I love your doggy lol! He was definitely ready for the ice cream. You look like you did really good on the load days. I admit I didn't plan well this morning so I had a bunch of crap. A bag of doritos, a muffin, and candy. I had to stop off at the gas station before work. Does anyone know how long it takes for the HCG to actually be in your system? Also, do we drink as much water on our load days as we do once we start the VLCD? Thanks!

    well never thought i would be doing hcg again! Pretty much gained the weight i lost in R2, so here i am again!!! Waiting for my hhcg to clear customs so hopefully i'll start vlcd either sunday or monday. My bday is tomorrow so what better excuse to eat cake and margaritas!!! This time around ive made a promise myself to not let my fam complaining about how skinny i am be an excuse to eat just to shut them up. I declare that i will fit into my size 8/9 jeans, I declare that i will walk and use my resistance bands, I declare that i can give up vodka for 30 days (i think a part of me just died a little).

    I started hcg R1 at 195lbs, ended at 160. I then started p90x and my weight just kept going up so started R2, got down to 148.8, was maintaining fine then damn the went on a 3month eat everything in sight and now BAMMMM i'm 161. SO im hoping to get back to the low 150s. I dont thinki i want to venture into 140s, i'm 6ft tall and admittedly looked like a lollipop head!

    I look forward to going through this hcg journey with you guys

    Hi! This is my first round phase 1. Trying the HCG Activator pills from GNC. Scared to death to stick to 500 calories a day!! But sooo excited to loose 15-20 lbs. Good luck everyone!!

    Sigh...I guess I am "preloading". I am now two pounds above LDW and doing a steak day the day before I load is silly. I was going to start loading today but realized I have an all day conference on Saturday and lunch is provided. So....loading Friday and Saturday. I will be using homeopathic HCG as I did before. If you stick to protocol through all the phases this diet really works. Good luck to those who have already started!

    melanie - I pre-weighed all the food and froze it raw. Then I just pull it out as I cook it. When I make the oriental ginger/orange chicken dish with ****ake noodles I make 2 or 3 helpings and keep it in the fridge, same with the spaghetti I made last time. I did fine on the ****ake noodles but had to disguise them really well and have a bite of meat with them in order to handle the texture. I also make a big batch of benihanna ginger dressing (modified to the diet) and use that with lettuce chunks. I really like ginger, if you noticed! If I make soup, then I make big batches and keep it on hand. I like the french onion soup, sans the cheese and crouton as well as a cream of chicken soup that I have a recipe for.
    ok talking about all the diet food is making me excited!!!! I can't wait to start loosing weight.
    My husband thinks I am crazy today loading. He still can't understand why I have to load if I am trying to loose weight.

    Cool Can you overdo this loading thing???

    Day one, round one fat loading.......making the most of this but feeling pretty stuffed......high fat foods are filling and make you feel overloaded. Started with SC 150 IU. Don't think I can even finish 100 gms. of macadamia nuts they seem so rich!!! Can you over-do this loading thing??? I'm scared I will be 3 lbs heavier tomorrow morning!! Looking forward to encourageing all the March loaders.......many of you with HCG experience that are in R2 or R3 are great encouragement!!! I am short and should not weigh nearly 190 lbs........have not seen less than 160 lbs on the scale for over 20 years!!! PRETTY EXCITING STUFF!!!

    I figure one should drink a lot of water on loading days, since the experts claim we should drink water everyday. But I haven't had a drop of water. Only milk and diet coke. I had a couple tiny pieces of ice but that doesn't count.

    I don't think you can overdo the load days. You will gain weight but it will come off the first week usually. The more you load the less hungry you will be the first week. It is hard to eat so much when you are not hungry. I am not sure if it is physiological or not but I feel like the hcg works on hunger the first day.
