    Once you go to tickerfactory.com and create your pin number. You enter your weight in then create your ticker. Click get bbcode. Then copy the entire link that shows in box and paste it in your signature box. (Setting... click edit signature) don't feel bad it took me a while to figure it out too.

    Good Morning Everyone! Seems like some people are getting discouraged looking at other's weight loss progress because their loss isn't as high as theirs. I do believe the more weight you have to lose to be to your "normal" body size, the higher weight loss numbers you will see. I keep telling myself that anyways, lol. Tomorrow will be my 1st week completed on HGC and I hope to be back in the 180's!

    That's true. Don't get discouraged. Im losing big numbers cuz I've got ALOT of weight to lose. Starting weight 336 lbs so 8 lbs was a good number (lost another 2 this morning) but look how much further I have to go than the people who don't have much to lose. Keep ya head up. This is a difficult journey but we can do it with the suport of each other who all have the same struggle. Lets go!

    Ok first off, I am freaking freeezzzzzinnnggg! I think that is a good thing. Secondly, don't worry about the numbers, you are eating better and it will all fall off. Now that I figured out what works best for my body I am not weighing daily, I will probably do it every 3 to 4 days. My clothes are fitting so much better too. Don't let the number get in your head, the weight will come off if you are following protocol. If you cheat just brush it off. Life happens, move forward, we got this!!! A lot of us are coming up on the 2 week mark, at 3 weeks what you are doing becomes a habit, think of it that way. I figure this week is the week that our thoughts try to sway us, because the newness has worn off and weight may stall a bit. Don't let it, you are the BOSS of your body and health. Okay off my soapbox now. lol

    On a side note I have an invite code and a great website to buy HCG. It is from a pharmacy and is injections so if that is not your cup of tea this wouldn't be a good option. It is very reasonably priced. If you want the info please email me, I can't give the info on the site. I just ordered more yesterday I was afraid it would go away...lol

    Phat Dad what is your dosage? If you seen my posts from my first week, I was starving too. Trust me, its a dosage issue. I skipped a day like Grammy would advised to see if hunger was better or worse/still the same. Well I did that Sunday and by evening it was so bad I cheated. I didn't even care because I was just so hungry. But I'm happy to say I realized my dose needed to be increased and every since Monday, I have NO hunger and lots of energy

    Good Morning! I'm so happy to wake up to our section being fixed. It was so frustrating seeing someone posted but it not being there to read lol. I went through a little withdraw. Today it was nice to wake up to a 1.4 loss even though TOM came yesterday. I'm not sure about anyone else, but I think taking the HCG has messed with TOM. Its awful early for me *Shrugs*

    Please don't be discouraged by not having the big whooshes. The more you weigh, the bigger the whoosh is going to be. I get discouraged because while I'm losing some weight I have such a long road ahead of me. I have about 136 pounds to lose total. But I try to stay focused on the smaller goals. Right now my small goal is to make it to 270. I have always stabilized around 275. For the past 12 years it has been that way. But over the course of the last year in a half, I have gain another 20 pounds. Depressing!

    But I try not to pay attention to the number. Its wonderful to see because its gives you something to work for, but I tell ya it makes me smile more when people notice! My husband told me he noticed but I didn't believe him. The next day my mom made a comment and asked if I was losing weight. Then Monday my coworker asked if I was losing weight. Right now this is a very personal journey for me so I just say "Not that I know of." Im not sure why I don't want to acknowledge the weightloss to other people. I just want to keep it to myself right now

    Hey all!!!

    So glad to see everyone is doing so good these past few days. I'm doing good over here, still hungry so I might up my dose to 200 iui, but I am managing. My big weigh in will be on Friday morning which will be one week since starting the VLCD and I am really excited!!! I'm really really hoping for 10 pounds, but have resolved to take whatever it is and be happy with it! : )

    I had No Oodles last night (similar to miracle noodles) and they were amazing!!! I made a really simple tomato paste and garlic "sauce" and dinned on "angel hair pasta" if anyone is having a italian craving then trust me it hit the spot! For warning to anyone who wants to try the No Oodles/Miracle Noodles, DO NOT FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS!!! These noodles require a good bit of prep to make them enjoyable... but it was worth it!!

    I am so proud of everyone pulling together to get each other through the rough days and am so happy to be a March Loader with all of you loverly ladies!!

    I will check in on Friday and keep reading everyone's posts in the meantime.

    I have a question - I'm on Day12 and have lost 8lbs, but I've been hovering in the same weight since Sunday. I don't want to give up but it's hard to stay motivated when I'm not putting up the numbers I think I should. I'm using the HCG Activator (not actual HCG) from GNC, which I've read both +'s and negatives on. At this point in the game, should I switch over to HCG or just keep going with what I'm on? I read all the information about mixing it and doses and I just don't understand it all. I'd love to just get drops, premixed - and not worry about it! But at 12 days in, will I have to start all over again? I was hoping to be off of this by Spring Break. Any input is appreciated.
