    golf, mom's, cotton, and everyone!! I am proud to announce a 2 lb loss in the last 3 days. I didn't fix my ticker guy yet but I will. Yeahh!!! so that is 11.2 lbs in 14 days of VLCD. Super stoked. Almost to the 130's. I am going to Busch Gardens tomorrow, so probably won't check back in until Sunday or Monday, but great GREAT job with all your losses.

    Mom, Cupid, and Mel....thanks so much for the kind words, it really means a lot to me. I have figured out that I have good will-power when it comes to food. I think laziness has been my worst enemy in regards to my eating habits in the past. A girl I work with also works at Starbucks and brought in an entire table full if delicious looking breads, pastries and breakfast sandwiches earlier this week. They looked really good but it was so easy to abstain. I was watching everyone else stuffing their faces and had no desire. Since I started the diet 2 weeks ago I have not told anyone that I am doing HCG. People know I am dieting but they don't know the details. I know they would less than supportive. My husband is the only person who knows and even though he is extremely supportive he just doesn't get it. During our craziness last year he stopped going tot he gym for 3 months and LOST 20#. UGH!! He was all upset about it too.
    Congrats to everyone with losses today!! I actually gained .2 but I'm not worried about it, tomorrow will be a different story!

    Morning all-

    I am down 1 pound since yesterday. (But was up yesterday) so basically I dont know where I am at! I hope this isn't insight to what stabilization is going to be like for me I still have until tomorrow to weight and measure, but so far it looks like I have only lost 1.2 pounds this week

    To lose with losses- congrats to you all!!

    srm1019- I am so proud of you for taking care of yourself. How awesome that must have felt to fit into those jeans- stay the course, it will only get better from here.

    TheXmasHooker;- I missed you. Hope you are feeling better today. And btw- thanks for posting that nutrition on pizza- So THAT is what brought me to HCG……..Never again. I can make my own healthy pizza. It just not worth it anymore. “Oh this one piece wont hurt me” “oh that one pina colada wont hurt me” etc etc etc.

    mom2two – You got me thinking and I ran to the store and bought ketone strips and MOUTHWASH! LOL. (I am only trace in ketosis)

    R3 injections June 2014: (Vanity Round)
    Load weight 138
    to date: 14 pounds/15 inches lost
    LIW: 124.4- Stabilized at 126.4

    R2 Injections April 2013
    Total weight loss: 16.4 lbs
    Total Inches: 15
    LIW: 133.4 Stabilized 130-133 @ 12 month mark

    R1 injections March 2012:
    Total weight loss: 15.8 lbs
    Total inches: 24.25
    LIW: 141.6 Stabilized 140.6 (4 month mark) (141-144 @ 8 month mark)

    How many of the March loaders are doing a long run of 40 days? I'm planning on 40 days and then the full P3 and P4 before coming back for my 2nd and hopefully final round of HCG. I'm only 1 week into this but how bad could another 4-5 weeks be? It seems manageable when I think of it in terms of weeks rather than over a month. :-)

    I missed you too! Sorry to hear about the slow loss. Maybe when you do your measurements tomorrow you will be surprised

    I'm feeling much better thank you for asking. I'm hoping my Nyquil won't cause a stall but I needed to feel better and that is what I'm use to. Didn't even think about HFCS being in it. Doh!

    I couldn't believe the info for the pizza. I agree with you. Its just not worth it. All those "one pieces" tend to add up. Just remember, don't get discouraged, you're doing fabulous!

    Tomorrow starts load days for me and my husband. Then a long round. We will be done with Phase 2 the last day of April. I need to lose 80 lbs! When/how the heck did that happen?!? I am hoping to lose at least 25 lbs this first round.

    Everyone's stats are amazing & inspirational. Good job!

    I agree with Birdie. Your losses are great! Your body is being very consistent while mine is not. If you can stick it out then do it. POP is great. I too am feeling weak. Woke up with a headache and hungry. I mixed my new batch this morning so I am hoping it was the potency of the hcg. I will see if I have to mess with my dose again. It seems like those of us on the same schedule are all feeling hungry about now????? I do wonder if it is the potency or we need to change our dose since our bodies are getting used to it?????

    That is fantastic!!!! Good for you. I think the last time I was in the 130's was 16 years ago for my wedding!
    Busch Gardens is so fun! Have a great time. All the walking will probably up your losses as well. I am not a big beer drinker but they have a lot of it there. Stay strong!!!!
    All my family lives in Florida from Orlando, Gainesville, Punta Gorda and I went to high school and college in Florida. Lived in Jensen Beach and College in Ft. Lauderdale(art school)! Small world.

    When you get to p3 and are into it about a week or two you can have cauliflower crust pizza! I hate cauliflower and I love the pizza!!!! It is so filling as well. That would cut out all the yukky stuff and you can still make pizza's with the kids!

    How great that you are doing this with your husband! Mine is so supportive but like srm1019 he does not get it. But is helping with my down days and keeping me motivated.

    Ok. As for my losses. I am up .2 again but I noticed last time I had a big loss the next day. We shall see. I have to keep remembering that it is Pounds and INCHES!!! I have not measured myself since I started but clothes are fitting better. I also noticed last time that when I stabilized in P3 my body rearranged itself. The skin shrunk up from loosing so much so fast, the fat rearranged itself (in a good way) ect.
    I am off to Tahoe this weekend for a scrap retreat with my friends but will bring my laptop to stay in touch with everyone. Not sure how good the internet is at the house but hope to read your progressions.
