I have my coffee with 1 Stevia and 1 T. skim milk. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be skim milk or regular milk. Does anyone know what the proper protocol is for P2?

Well, never mind my own question- I just went to P&I and found the answer. It's supposed to be whole milk not skim milk. I wonder why whole milk since that probably has fat in it. But maybe the skim milk has sugar??

MILK: 1 Tablespoon whole milk = 9 calories

    Hope u feel better too.
Maybe the new batch is it! Talk to your doctor who sold you the shots. Hopefully you can get some more (at least at a cheaper price!). That would suck to blow $200 bucks!
I hope we don't have to have the dizziness for a whole week~ like last time. Good luck on that.

I'm with mom2......head back to the clinic charging you $200 bucks and have them GIVE you new stuff.......explain what happened .......surely they are reasonable people......I too think I may be experiencing slight immunity but can't bring myself to mix new and not use what is left in my vial so I willjust go back up to 150iu......which seems to be fine......I am pretty close to the same stage of the protocol as you two mom's and mel and am not feeling any of the symptoms you are talking of.....hang in there GALS........
On the positive I want to point out to you Three........that your tickers ARE VERY CLOSE TO half way to your GOALS!!!! NOW that really ROCKS!!! You guys are all doing AWESOME!!!! KEEP IT UP.........WHHHOOOOOSSSSHHHHH WISHES coming your way!!!! We are all WINNERS on this program!!!!

R1 day 1 ...first day of loading went ok. But the day seemed to have gotten away from me. I am so ready to lose anything really. Just disapointed in myself for getting this weight. I'm feeling very worried I wo.t be able to accomplish this. I do not tend to follow through ....so nervous to start vlcd.

I know what you mean! I have started so many diets that only lasted until I could justify, analize, or excuse having "just one more" slice of pizza or serving of pasta. Still, I enjoyed every bite of decadent food and every night sitting on the couch with my family that got me here, so I can't complain. I do miss my size waysmallerthanwillfitovermyhips wardrobe though, and I barely recognize the person I see in the mirror...so I can't wait to get started! Well, I *have* to wait...but just until my HCG gets here, then bye-bye belly!

Anyway, whether enthusiastic or nervous, we are all in the boat together. I'm new, but I know from lurking around these boards that there is great support and guidance here. Good luck Dana!

I'm on day 2 of loading as well, Dana, and it looks like we have nearly the exact same amount to lose. I'm going for 65 pounds. We can do this!! I really think that once the losses start it will be a motivator. I agree with OmMama's philosophy too! You can't beat yourself up for what you did in the past. We ate what we did for a reason, whether it was momentary comfort or just because it tasted pretty darn good. Time to take a positive approach though! You want this and you deserve it! You can do it!! Just take it 1 day at a time.

IF you do not follow through and say eat a bite of something, try to stop it there. That's going to be my goal. Usually if I "cheat." I admit complete and total failure and just give up completely. Why does that have to be the case? This round, I'm going to just go with it and not give up completely. I'm going to try my hardest and do my best. Realizing I'm not perfect, I'm guessing I might still slip up. If I do, I'm going to work hard at stopping it at 1 bite or 1 meal rather than caving totally. Hopefully, I won't even have to worry. But, I'm just trying to be realistic!

Anyway...my point is you can do this!! Any amount of time you follow the diet is better than not following it at all right?!? Good luck!!

Hi everyone! Hope I can crash your party and join in!

I started loading on the 10th (I did 2 full days and 1 light mini load day on Monday) and yesterday hit 10.2 loss for the week, today I stalled but I was low on the water, I did a lot of housework yesterday and I know my body went into shock from the loss, lol!

I'm doing injections (last 2 rounds were sublingual) and today is my first skip day. I'm trying to decide how to work this. I have three bottles of hcg so I can go 40 shots or push it a little bit more. Also, I know it starts to lose its potency after 14 days and 21 days is really pushing it so I'm undecided if I want to remix at 14 or push to 19 (so I can do 50 shots). There are too many options!

Hope you all have a great day!

Good Morning Everyone! It finally stops raining here in my city. It has been raining for the whole week non-stop!!!!

So this is my VLCD 3, I am doing fine yesterday except with a little sense of cravings, but I controlled myself. I can't believe I start to want cravings so soon, a bit disappointed on myself. Or may be I will feel better in the next feel days. I feel a bit of hunger by the end of the day, but then I ignored it. I decided to add a new rule to my protocol that is to have dinner before 6pm. I found it useful even when I am not taking HCG before, but HCG is doing me a big favor here by taking away most of my hunger.

As for my results so far, I am down for another 1.8lb. That's pretty good. I am thinking when will it start slowing down. In my past experience, I do lose 0.5lb per day if I eat less or plain food, so I am hoping to lose more with the shots. Cross Fingers!!!!

One thing that I really want to share with you guys is the Detox Bath. If you feel like you are stalling or water retention, do give detox bath a try. Yesterday night I weight my self before and after I took the detox bath and let myself cool down, I loss 1 lb at instant!!! Those are water weight that your body used to replace fat loss in the cells! Again, I only recommend it if you feel like you have water retention or stall. Or else you can do it weekly!!

I am so glad to find you guys and support each other! We are taking a step at a time toward a healthier lifestyle!!!! Keep it up!!!

Detox bath is adding 1 cup of Epsom salt and 1 cup of Baking soda. The water should be as hot/warm as you can stand. You can also add other ingredients, like grounded ginger, sea salt, citrus, etc. You have to drink at least one cup of water before you get into the bath and stay in it for at least 20 mins. You should wrap yourself with a big towel or robe as soon as you get out of the bath to keep yourself sweating. Lay down immediately because you might feel light headed or even black out. Drink plenty of water afterwards. It is recommended to do it once per week. It is better to do it right before bedtime, so you can have a good night sleep. DON'T do it if you have any heart conditions or other health problem because your heart will be bumping really fast afterward. Or ask your doctors if you have any concern.
