    Don't worry about the things feeling a bit tight, you are retaining water for some reason. A detox bath may work, or drink more water! It is okay and will get better soon. Just hang in there. As far as dose.....I can't imagine taking 125 it wouldn't work for me. As I said before I take .24 which is 240, I know that is high but you can try and up your dose. I wouldn't do two, maybe one and a half? Don't over due it, in my opinion. Definitely get a hold of your Doctor when you can Monday. I am a bit more hungry lately, I think my HCG is losing potency or I am getting a bit immune. I think we are almost the same time frame. You are going to be okay. Just stay strong, you've come to far and so proud of you!!!

    Be careful with the brown rice. I think that would still be considered a starch. I wonder if there is any alternative to rice? Anyone know of anything that tastes like rice but is not a starch?? I have tried the shiratake penne pasta as rice but it is not the same.

    I agree with Mel. It is probably just water in the fat cells. Did you wash the yoga pants?? Whenever I was my clothes they are always a bit tight and then loosen. I too am fighting the hunger. If you just can't stand it I think you can up your protein just a bit and let that carry you. Or eat a cucumber. Someone said they are free foods and way low in calories. Does the doctor have an emergency number you can get ahold of? Have you tried the skip dose to see how you feel 8 hours later??
    Your body is also rearranging itself. It will happen for the next month or so.

    Starting first official 500calories day, so sick of loading..I feel I'll! I also have ibs so I am really uncomfortable, bloated...can't wait for a week to go by! Can anyone tell me how to make dressing with apple cider vinegar?

    Islander- I can relate. I am on VLCD4. My day begins at 5:45a and by 6:00p I am drained. I work full-time, I am also in grad school AND a mother of two. By the end of the evening I too tend to be a little irritable. I believe I read somewhere that it passes after the first week of VLCD.

    Need motivation!! I have been so hungry today...like hard to think about anything else. That is really unusual for me. I went to the kitchen to seek out some more protein and had nothing quick, so I snuck two tiny nibbles of cheese. It probably wasn't even half an ounce, and then a micronibble of a piece of dark chocolate. Yes, I had some guilt, but my hunger went away. Then I realized I didn't have my second fruit today...DARNNIT!! Ugh...and I had no loss this morning...sooooooo, VLCD9 goes down in history as not my fave. No workout today, crap day at work, it's storming out and I'm home alone and TOM is coming....ARRRGGGHHHHHH. OK, there...I feel better.

    Tomorrow is another day. Going to look up cocoa crack to have around for my next emergency.

    Day two of loading almost complete but not much loading here. I am so sick today I have been puking all day. I ate a breakfast burrito and up it came. The sickness is easing up now and I managed to eat a slice of pizza and a breadstick. Going to try to et more later. Is this going to effect me in p2? I also weighed myself this morning and lost 1.1 pound. I was expecting to gain after day one of loading. Ready to start vlcd tomorrow. I am using drops from hcg 1234. Is anyone using those here?

    Try loading on fats rather than starches or sugars. You need a minimum of 250 grams of fat per day. I think you might feel better eating protein and fats. Here is a list that helped me a lot. http://www.myhcgplus.com/loadfoods.pdf

    I love you guys! Thank you for all your encouraging support- this board is so awesome. I feel much so much better now. It may have also been the burger and cucumber I ate an hour ago. LOL

    mmmmmmm peanut butter. I almost bought peanuts today for Tuesday, but waited cause I know I can't start off p3 with them. Gotta go slow and eat more p2 foods and then 1 food for every few days that I can introduce. Maybe it is protein you are craving and it is just coming out as wanting peanut butter. I know last time I craved eggs so bad and ate several every day! On this diet we are on the brink of protein deficiency with only getting 200 grams of it a day.
    When are you stopping the hcg and going on to p3?

    I make a version of the behihanna ginger dressing and there is apple cider in it.

    Maybe your dose is off?? Try skipping a dose and see how you feel in 8 hours. If you are hungry (after 8 hours) then you need to up your dose and if you are not hungry (after the 8 hours) then lower your dose. YOu can do this! Just get back on the wagon and move towards tomorrow.
