    He had his birthday party today for his actual b-day on tuesday. I stayed away from the ice cream cake we got for him and the yummy pizza smells! I had my egg beater and scallion lunch and water! But I was soooooo tempted. I would not even help my hubby serve the pizza or cut the cake cause I was afraid of the grease and licking my fingers. He totally understood.

    So not what I wanted to see when I stepped on the scale this morning. Today is vlcd2 and after day one I only lost .2 pounds. I just can't believe it my husband lost 4!! I was really expecting to see at least a full pound if not more after reading everyone's results and the pounds and inches book. Very disappointed... Don't know what went wrong

    I wore mascara yesterday do u think it could be that???

    I bought the deer park 3L bottles of water so I could keep up with my water I just drink one of those a day ... He comes in from eating out with his mom and said "I got you something " I thought oh no not food ... So he give me a bag and inside a water bottle that holds 2.5 L and has a handle and he goes this should be easier for you to carry around .... I had to laught but told him Thanks ...

    Hi every one. I am starting round 2 and am on day two of loading. Lost 24 lbs in round 1 over 40 days. In the first round the first two weeks were great and then it was stall gain lose and stall again. I stayed at 14 lbs lose for 3 weeks and then lost in the last two. I think it was all the beef I was eating. I am staying clear of beef on this round. I do struggle with products I can use. If anyone has suggestions on deodorant and toothpaste that would be great.

    I also used splenda and crystal light because my doc said it was okay. Phase 3 of round 1 I maintained my weight for 3 weeks and actually lost 2 lbs. I gained 1 lb on load day 1 and ate 3500 calories. I am sick today though. Too much junk It is great having recent blogs on hcg.

So glad you are back......don't be frustrated with weak losses......if you are eating on protocol you have to be loosing perhaps it is showing up in inches rather than on the scale......readjusting your fat stores......over the long haul the lbs. will have to come off.......hand in there!!!!!

    I did an apple day yesterday after several days of mediocre losses.........lost nearly 1 lb.....YIPPEE!!! I think I read somewhere in one of the posts or hcg material that moving off of a weight that one had stayed at for a prolonged period of time in their history can be difficult to get below......that number is 170 for me so I am not surprised that I had more difficulty getting into the 160's ........all is well and going according to plan........I am slightly jealous to see that the mom's are perking along and very near to goal and ending their phase 2 journey's soon......What a GREAT accomplishment for you guys!!!! And MEL where are you???? Haven't heard from you in a while???

    To conquer my struggle with being an antisocial P2 hermit, I agreed to go out to dinner and a movie with a friend last night. The chef came out to see me after I ordered my filet with no oil or butter, asked them to leave off the mashed potatoes and put the sauce on the side. He was very accommodating!! I was able to eat my dinner and it was delicious! They did put oil on the veggies, so I didn't eat them, but it was such a pleasure not to cook for myself last night. I really needed that break, and to feel like I could get out of the house. Of course, my friend noticed my weight loss and though I did not tell her about HCG, she was very supportive. Despite my hunger and cravings this round (a new battle for me), I am down, down, down again!! 8 pounds on Day 11...I will take it!!!

    Gotta go buy some fish and work on food plans for the next half a week...best of luck to all on Monday!

    Hi...I just started today after my two day load...I feel great so far...HA so far! but I am concerned I lost 4 pounds on the load...Is that bad? I loaded up big time...Any suggestions? I just had my first lunch and it was rather tasty! Thanks!

    Hi golf. I did phase 3 for 3 weeks only. No sugar no starch. I stayed with an Atkins mentality. I started at 800 cal the first week. Upt it to 1000 the second and kept it at about 1300 for the remainder. I am only doing round two with 1 really big load day. Started aging VLD today. I also use 4 oz of skim milk in my coffee every day and it did not hurt me. I never ate anything in the morning and never ate fruit I think I stalled because of all the red meat. Once I stopped that I started losing again

    Hi again Golf. Can I ask what you use for lotion. I didn't do anything the first round so maybe I should change what I use. Also I do injections .12 each morning. I am 50 at 5'6". I started at a tight size 14. And I am now in a loose 12. When I am in a loose 10 I know I arrived. During phase 3 I used all normal product with oil.
