    So, I weighed this morning (first day after loading) and I've lost six lbs. how is that possible? Well 5.3 lol. I'm wondering if this is...bad..?
    First Weight in 3-29-12 294.7 (5.3 lbs LOWER then my starting load weight!!!! (Shocked))
    Week1 - 14lbs, 285.2
    Week2 - 6lbs
    Week3 - -3.2lbs
    First Day P3 April 22 2012 - 275.8 Total so far 24.2

    I think it is normal I lost 4 on the load

    I think the biggest loss seems to be the first day after Load. I dropped over 3 lbs.

    I totally understand! I had weak moments and tons of times where I had zero energy. The coffee was so hard for me. I am addicted to coffee and without it I wanted to sleep for days. You are doing great with the weight loss! Usually women loose only about .4 to .6 a day. To loose more, like a pound each day, is hard to do and usually it is men that see those kinds of losses. My first round, last year, I only had a 1 lb loss a couple of times. I would feel depressed for a few days with no loss or very small losses after a big one expecting "yay I am on the right track finally" only to have a .2 loss the next day. I was on the forum looking for support my first round but the thread I was on kinda died out. The thread we have with these ladies has been so helpful to me this year and I appreciate and draw strength from them.

    Ugggggg I think I am making those mistakes! I am .2 lbs from having to do a steak day. Crapola. How did your poopy meeting go???? Any explosions? I loved your story. Trying not to laugh out loud or I will have to explain it to my kids. Curious little buggers need to know everything!!!!!!

    Thank you all for the kind words, its been quite a journey thus far. Now for the hard part.
    I am NO expert at all on this as this is my first (And hopefully last) round. I can offer advice to read the threads on P3- there is a lot of information out there I have gained alot of information on Grammies Groupies pages as you can see what people are doing wrong and the questions they are asking and the answers they are getting back from the experts on HCG. I highly recommend you reading as much as you can on the P3 threads. I was about to make about 16 mistakes right out of the gate with lack of knowledge.

    It is better to gain on the load or you might have a harder time the first week. Eat healthy fats. Nuts, avacados, ect. If you search this thread Golfcrazee has a list of good fats to load on. Good luck.

    Grrrrrr.....so the laxative (Which I have a box of and usually works WELL- for a couple of hours at least) LOL.....no go. Stomach just laughed its full little butt off at it and started singing "Can't touch this"

    OK! I plan to go back onto VLCD on Sunday! That is of course until I change my wishy washy little mind. I plan to do 10 more days of vlcd and have the 3 days of vlcd until the 13th for phase 3 on the 14th (6 flags day). Where I will probably throw up anything I eat if my family makes me do any of the rides. I used to love the rides????? Now I just get nauseous, must be my 40's that is doing it to me.

    I was eating a 'lot' when I was loading. Tomorrow is my first weigh in with just the HCg and me lol. I'm not hungry today and I'm feeling fine. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing lol.

    I should be taking measurements! Off to do that now!! Wish me luck tomorrow!!

    Was today your first day on the 500 cals a day or is tomorrow? If it's today we started on the same exact day! We should keep up with each other
