    -Mom's I am so scared of P3, I think that is why I am going 40 days. I guess just introducing foods slowly is the key but it seems hard. I read the Primal Blueprint and it seems to be what I am gearing to do after P3. You both are doing great and keep me inspired. Where is Golf? I hope doing good.

    It is probably the wine. There is a ton of sugar in it.

    I bet the sun is shining down on you!!!!! Late night??? um hm! That should burn some extra calories! I always notice at least a 1 lb loss after my "late nights". Glad you had fun

    I have a quick question about grissini. I have found these at publix but they say they have olive oil in them so I haven't bought them. Is there supposed to be a type without olive oil?? Also someone posted about a ginger peach tea from whole foods and I wanted to know where this is found at the store. Thanks

    Moronta - I'm not sure about the Grissini. I've had the same thought so left them there. The different types of melba are nice though! I'm going to whole foods this weekend and if I see it I'll be sure to let you know.

    Mom2two - Good job on the takeout! IT's a fact of life that 'sometimes' we may run into things while on plan days. I did the same this afternoon at lunch! We have to go out with guys from the military at times. Lucky for me military guys like steak lol. So, I was able to convince them to go to a steak house. I got talapia, and asked the cook to just grill it with seasonings but no oil. I also asked for a bunch of cucumbers instead of any veggie or salad. They were happy to a bilge!

    I'd respond to more posts but I'm getting ready to go to a sleep study YIPPEE! I hope everyone has a great Friday!

    Hi,Good Evening

    Things have been crazy here DD my have to have Surgery on her shoulder (softball) so its a wait and see game ( So the friends that believe in Prayer Please say one for her)

    But the good news down 1.4 today ( almost 25 lbs) and today is my 26th VLCD

    I have to share : Thur night went to see DD play softball and met up with some friends of coarse everyone wanted to out to eat , and I already had my food in a cooler so I went with them and asked for a plate removed my food from my purse ( I put my food in purse to carry in) so when their food came I put my chicken and celery on the plate and ate with them , no one said anything at the resturant so I was happyy to avoid all the No-o-o-o foods...

    Good for you for bringing your own food. Will pray for DD and the healing of her shoulder.

    Sleep study??? That sounds like a snoozer! How can I get into something like that?? I love to sleep and if they wanted to study me sleeping then Hey! I am allllll for it. Is it ok for me to laugh at my own jokes???
