    Good luck with the Apple day...I dropped like 2 lbs when I had to do it.

    I will give the stevia another try. Maybe I just used too much. LOL. I can't wait to try it in my coffee (Oops! I have given up coffee...for now anyway. LOL)

    Cupid - I would think you may have used too much Stevia.......I only use about 3 drops and mix small bits of strawberries around in it......

    Golf thank you so much for your support! You brought me to tears. I am so thankful to you and all the others on this thread. I will stick with the thread but am moving onto phase 3. I did drop a pound this morning but I am still going to p3. My husband has promised me that we will be getting out more with the kids, riding bikes and being more active once I graduate p3. He commented on my tummy being so flat this morning so that was nice. It does take a lot of self control to do this diet and we all have what it takes when we get down to the nitty gritty. It is going to be super duper busy starting in 2 weeks I will be nonstop with league photos/ weddings/ engagements/ baby you name it photos. I will do another round when I am in my slow period and be happy about it. Thank you again for your continued support. I appreciate you all so much.

    Glad your feeling better mom2two...we all have those moments. Golf...I think you're right...I added too much because it had a horrible after taste. I will give it another try. Tonight I had a bowl of lettuce with chicken breasts chunkc cut up on top. Mde that dressing of vinegar, truvia and water with lemon juice. It was really good. Thanks

    First day so far (Day 7 I think) of a .4 pound loss!

    After having lost at least a pound every day, I can't help but wonder if I did something wrong. I did have a flavored water that had artificial sweetener, could that have done it? :O

    No. U did nothing wrong. We allll slow down. Its a woman thing. Lol. Check over what u ate. If u did it all right its just water retention. Tomorrows a new day. Lol.

    Wow to have that many stalls and not freak out is awesome. You still lost really well and did really great. Your p3 plan sounds great. What is crossfit? Bananas like him deserve to be smoothies!!!!!!
    I love using my coconut oil in p3. I used it in everything and it works great for me and does not feel like I am eating fat or tons of grease.

I looked into the LR but I don't think I am sensitive, I am not sure but I did the diffrent tests. I am not sure if it works if you aren't sensitive, I can't really figure that out. I am going to start this week by adding just more protein to what I am already eating. I am going to have a steak for breakfast since I ate steak the whole time. I will have chicken and cucumber for lunch, and some sort of seafood P2 friendly for dinner. I will increase my calories to 800 to 1000. Then week two I will increase my calories to 1500, I may start adding back a few foods one at a time, eggs first I think. I also am going to get some cocunut oil to see how that works. I am going to move to the Paleo diet and eat like that. It seems a pretty easy transition. Hopefully by week 3 I will be fully paleo. I also am starting crossfit week 2 so we will see how it all shapes up. )) You are doing so great!!!!

    LOVE YOU ALL keep up the good work. I will keep posting on this even in P3 so you all can see my progress and see when I fall flat on my ***...lol

    They actually get to eat rice!!!! We don't. I think they get more food on survivor!!!! Love that show!

    The flavored waters are made with aspertain I think. I did ok drinking them the first round but this round I did have a tendency to loose a bit less. Plus most do slow down around day 7. The first week is where you will see the major losses and then it will slow down to about 1/2 lb a day or thereabouts.

    I feel like I am on my 6th drink and wanting to hug you all and tell you "shwweeshs I wuv yous all sooo much" Nothing but drunk love!!!! Thank you all so much for all you support and this has pretty much been the best support group I have EVER been in. You all rock and I do love you. I am feelin the luv people!!!

    Good morning... I'm down 2 lbs since no HCG. (of course I won't record it until I weigh at doctors office) WOW. No hunger or anything yet. My 72 hours of no HCG will end at 530am and I will have my BAB. Don't really have it planned as I really don't have the desire to eat that much food anymore but I will do my best I'm sure. Will only be on P3 for a few days until my patches arrive so it may be a nice break but I WANT HCG!!! I WANT HCG!!! LOL. I'm throwing my tantrum here.

    Does P3 mean I can go to IHOP and have an Omelette with meat and cheese this weekend???? Yall stop me before I mess up. LOL.

    Mom2two...I felt like that too when I was freaking out and EVERYBODY came to my rescue! It was an awesome feeling! Support is AWESOME here!
