Day 1 : breakfast- I ate a large apple fritter, large jalapeno kolache, ham and cheese croissant, and a pint of strawberry milk.
Lunch - two bean burritos, three crunchy tacos, a Whopper (mayonnaise all the way), french fries, and an extra large coke
Dinner - six pieces of fried chicken (four thighs and two drumsticks) smothered and dipped in homemade ranch dressing and Louisiana Hot Sauce and a quart (or more) of whole milk

Day 2 : Breakfast - large apple fritter, large jalapeno kolache, and a pint of strawberry milk.
Lunch - 2 turkey sandwiches on hoagie rolls ( mayonnaise and mustard), 2 big fudge brownies, and girl scout cookies (Do-Si-Dos and Thin mints, not the whole box but close.)
Dinner - Pizza Inn buffet, I don't even remember how much pizza I ate. But it was a lot. I dipped all the crusts in ranch and ate all that too.

The next morning (Friday) my weight was 284.0

I won't bore you with the daily details of what I am eating now suffice to say it is under 500 calories a day. I added broccoli and brussel sprouts to the protocol vegetables list, but only because I feel like they are the same as cabbage.

My weight this morning (Day Six) : 274.8

    So far so good!

Nice to meet y'all and good luck,
Welcome! Sounds like you are off to a fantastic start!

VLCD1 today! I lost .2 on my 2nd load day, which is fine by me since the scale was looking scary with a five pound gain in the first day. My head cold that I thought was gone resurfaced this morning, which I'm not too happy about, but at least I don't feel like eating I don't know if it will affect losses with inflammation and all that, but it is what it is. I'm drinking black coffee, which I fortunately like, and getting ready for my day. I'm hoping for a giant whoosh after today, and wishing you all the same.

Beulah: I hope you feel better. We are on the same schedule. I am really excited to start this but I will tell you that I forgot about the first two days. Foggy, tired and just out of it. I know I will wake up Wednesday morning and ill be ok. I hate this part but I am excited to see what happens when I step on the scale tomorrow morning. I may go to sleep now!!!

Oh thank God....I thought I was the only one having those issues.....I cannot concentrate today and I swear I was tired from the moment I woke up this morning...I remember hating vlcd1&2 last time....can I just go back to bed until Wednesday??

I can feel I am fighting off a cold also, I have this annoying scratch in my throat that's making me cough. I have some sugar free lozenges in my purse that I have been thinking about for a couple of hours...hope it doesn't come down to that. It is making me drink a ton of water though, which is a good thing. Plus it is making me go to the bathroom a lot, so the scale should look great tomorrow!

@melaniet, good to see the scale went down for ya

So it's VLCD2 for me today, and, I hope I'm not speaking too soon, but i *think* I finally found my sweet spot with my dosage. Last round, I had hunger issues and never really found a good spot. After my round I realized that the pharmacy i ordered from sent me two different brands of hcg (went through 2 5000 iu vials) and other things factored in. I'm not trying to write a novel here so I'll leave all the drama out.

Anyway on VLCD1 I woke up hungry, and well, I have been reading since before I joined here and from what I gathered, if you are hungry on vlcd 1, ur dose is probably off. I mean, I loaded well and made some butter chicken (very buttery and fatty curry, was superb... made it from scratch. Nyehs.) the night before, and really... there was no way I could be hungry considering that I almost never eat breakfast So, I paid very close attention to my hunger cues, they were a different kind of hunger than my usual and as the day progressed I felt less hungry also. By bedtime I was fine, so for me that was a sure sign that I just needed to lower my dose a tad. I bumped it down to 120 iu this morning (I'm doing IM this time) and I feel very good! I did feel a teeny tiny bit of hunger right at lunch time.

This is great! off to a good start it seems. We'll see how it goes from here on out. Scale said -2 today.

    Hope everyone is doing alright!

    Thanks!

I can't wait to start. I think the biggest thing I am looking forward to is just feeling better. It will also be nice to go shopping and be able to buy clothes that are in style for a 25 year old. I get tired of looking like a floral couch and the clothes selection sucking.

Received an email that my mixing kit shipped and should get it by wednesday of next week. My HCG should ship in the next day or two.

I think I will be doing a 40-43 day round not sure yet.

VLCD1 for me today. I gained 4.6 lbs over loading days. Feel like I'm fighting off a bug so am a bit more tired than normal. So far, the drops are working hunger-wise. Keeping my fingers crossed I drop back down to my last LDW quickly without a stall, and then I'm sure the losses will slow down to a crawl. Oh well, it will be what it will be.
