March 2018 Loaders - Time for action

    Welcome March 2018 HCG loaders!

This thread is for you. Use it to gather with others doing an HCG round during March to discuss, share concerns, questions and encouragement, or just as an accountability log. The best support often comes from those going through the same things you are.

Veterans may pop in here and there to offer some wisdom, and I'll be checking to help with questions that may come up. My input will always be based in the original protocol, but if you are doing one of the variations you are also welcome here. If you are following HCG 2.0 or 3.0, you may find some additional help with that in the Lovely Loser monthly thread as some there are using those variations.

All the best as you embark on your HCG journey!

My recent HCG round was with DietDoc. Our site owner has generously arranged for me to earn a small fee if you use my DietDoc or Nu Image Medical link to order your Hcg and supplies. Starting my round Friday, wish I would keep the weight off but keep having to do a round every 6 months.

Hi cupcakesoaps! Welcome to March 2018.........I too seem to be on the never ending story of weight loss though I never allow myself to go way back to my original 208 weight but am not happy creeping up past 170. HCG is the bomb!! And the only method that truly works for me though I resent that I can not maintain the weight I wish to stay at without resorting to a round every 8-12 months. I maintain for long periods of time removing gluten and dairy from my diet but eventually too many nuts, gluten free sweets and red wine seem to cause problems. Once I know I'm heading towards a round well I treat on breads and dairy and voila!! I really need to I brace the 'Pomroy' fat metabolism books Grammy talks about for a better long term result.
I am six injections into this round...on a skip day today so planning a long round. So far, so good. I mixed myself and only variation to this round is that I am doing IM injections instead of subq.

You sound like me, I do good but my lack of dairy and wheat makes me eat things like too many nuts for sure. Or pepperoni even tho I only eat it during a low carb meal.

I also go months without weighing myself. I must change that thinking. For instance, I was very thin after round 5, went on a cruise soom after. I had planned to eat good 1 day, bad another, every other day, but our dancy meals were so good with gluten free gourmet desserts. Then I knew I prob put on 8 lbs from that and then go without weighing bc I just cant look after all my hard work...one thing after another, another few lbs here and there and I can hide weight real well on my body lol.

I would love to hit 1 year maintainace that is my goal. I am hoping for a 20 lb loss this round and may even have to do another in sept if I don't reach my goal (I have more than 20 prob to lose) let's just say I am gonna be crying on weigh in day Fri. Lol

Welcome Rosieg.......so your second round!! How was your first? Hopefully this March group will grow and we will be able to support one another in this HCG journey. I am feeling well and on VLCD7. Good losses so far!! No issues!!
Always keep meals prepared for myself that are from Tammy Skye HCG cookbook. Works for me. Never have used the Melba's.

Hi! Also new and started loading yesterday. I haven't weighed myself yet. I don't want to depress myself watching pounds going up. So tomorrow I start the diet and will step on the dreaded scale. Loving the loading but preparing for the dieting. Wishing you all luck and positivity!

Looks like you are off to a good start, golfcrazzeeone. That's a good first week loss.

Welcome back, cupcakesoaps. Your before and afters are always so amazing considering your actual weights in those pictures. I always carried weight well too, but not that well! Here's hoping that this time you figure out some new keys that will help you keep your losses longer. My last 4 rounds have all been needed because I hadn't gotten maintenance worked out well enough yet. But each time, I learned something more about what to do.

My wt. was not horrible. I usually get down to 180 and settle at 184. Sounds like alot but yes, people comment that I am skeletal and so skinny, so it's like someone else in the 130s or 140s lol. Weird. Anyway, I weighed im at 198. I contemplated just low carbbing for 2 mos to get 15 off. But today is my VLCD1 so far so good.

Rejuvi had easy directions on mixing. I am taking 130 ius like in the past. I hate loading days, feels gross lol. I cooked my food for the week, chicken, cod and lean hamburger witj shirataki noodles, spinach, celery. Etc

I hppe rejuvi isnt bad bc the stuff I get from my np is great. Goal is my 180 again which will be great b4 summer. I am gping until the end of the mo.

Ive considered doing a short round in sept oct for 165 lbs but tgat would be super thin 4 me.

Cupcake, how tall are you? I'm 5'9 and get the same comments. At 180 lbs, I've always looked super skinny to my peers. It's an ok weight for me, but I'd prefer that 170-175 range (I like my curves:-))
