    Thank you! First round went well and kept most off. I'm on vlcd 5 and haven't really lost very much at all! Maybe not enough fiber/veggies? I lost about 4 lbs the 1st 2 days and it's slowly crawling all the way back up🤔

    rosieg, you should not be gaining the first week of P2.

    Can you list the dose you are taking and what you ate yesterday? Are you experiencing abnormal hunger and/or fatigue? (A little hunger the first week is normal.)

    Im 5 7, so when I hit 180 I have sunken cheeks, ribs stick out and collar bones, people call me bony. Its weird bc when I tell them I am 180 they cant believe it. But I will say if I do have fat hoding, would be my lower belly and thighs.

    Found a great replacement for my fav Crystal Lite drink. Peach Passionfruit tea mixed with green tea and stevia. Fabulous.

    Have been tired and hungry on and off, hope it passes and just a detoxing issue and not dose issue. And the freezing cold is back, brrr my legs. Lol

    Lowered dose today to 125. Must be sweet spot. No hunger at all today.

    Green tea us a no for me, im sad ny stomach condition hates it like coffee. So back to flavored stevia hot water.

    No hunger for me either cupcake......sailing through my second skip day and my losses remain good so no complaints. Haven't hit that 'stay the same time' of the round but I am sure it is coming. I am well prepared with my meals ready for the microwave. Sleeping really well as always but tired earlier than normal every night. So far I have been able to get a solid eight hour sleep which really seems to help my losses. Best wishes to you as your round progresses.

    Ahh, ladies after my heart. I'm also an annual returner. In 2009, dropped 70 # and kept most of it off but would come back if I put 20# on. In 2014, retired moved, quit smoking, hubby diagnosed with Stage IV lung cancer. Put most of it back on and am determined to lose it again. Started Valentines Day. Down 13# in three weeks.

    Hubby doing well on Keytruda. Love new location. Keeping stress at bay with outdoor activities.

    Golf, are you a golfer? We started playing after we retired. One thing hubby and I both enjoy.

    Looking forward to sharing this journey with you.

    It's amazing how everyone's body is different at certain weights.

    I'm 5'10, and when I was over 215 lbs. all of my fat was from the waist up (tummy, breasts, arms, face). Back then, I never wore larger than size 14 in pants, but wore size XL & 1X tops. Once I began losing with HCG, I didnt start looking "skinny" until I was in the 160s. I am now in the 140s for a few years, and am always being refereed to as "slender", wearing size 2-4 in pants, and Small tops. My body looks toned and muscular, yet hourglass shaped with a super flat tummy and perky breasts - due to a tummy tuck and breast lift after the last round. I still have chubby cheeks but a long thin neck and pointy chin. Being in my mid 50s I embrace them since they keep my face youthful and wrinkle-free - think Christie Brinkley's face type. When I say to friends or family, I wish my face was thin like the rest of my body, I am reminded that women are paying lots of money to get fat injected into their faces to get this look- lol

    I want to try for 165, but I need to maintain my 180 for 6 months. I just go back to the 190s and have to take it off again. I would like to see if all my tummy and thigh fat would be gone. Not sure if I can do it. Lol 180 might be it, but Im willing to try. Right now I just need to get back to 180. Lol.

    I would love a thigh, tummy lift. My breasts also shrink when I lose wt. Significantly. I told myself if I can keep my weight off an entire year, I would entertain the idea. I have a nifty scar across my upper belly so my tummy us not pretty with any fat on it.
