Welcome March Loaders, this thread is for you.
Use it to share concerns, plan your round, support and encourage one another, ask questions or just post for personal accountability--its all good.
This months loader group is named the Magnolias because spring is just around the corner with the promise of spring beauty and new life. Seems like a good concept to embrace, yes?
May it be a turning point for you as you take charge of your health destiny.
I'll be available for questions and my input will always be based on the original protocol. Y'all can take it from there.
Good luck with your round!

Its best to keep P3 stuff to the thread that you used during your round because most of those posting there are near or in P3 with you. If there is an active group that wants to continue on a thread, that's always an option. I can even rename the thread for you.
You are also welcome to start a P3 thread if you like. There are some personal threads active in the P3 forum, but it would be cool to have a general P3 group thread there. Lovely Losers is also an option for P3 discussion, as that group welcomes people in all stages of the protocol.
This thread is for the new group starting their rounds in March. Some may want to join that are still in P2 from February.

Hello Everyone!Hope your week is off to a lovely start and you're well. Enjoying grape flavored sparkling water on VLCD2 with a loss of 2.6 lbs. From my previous round during P3 and P4 I did not exceed more than 2 pounds of my LIW, so that am chuffed about the stability while eating an array of vegetables, fruits, meats, and dairy. Was especially happy to tolerate legumes including pinto beans, black beans, and peanuts. Looking forward to sharing this round with such a great group of folks. Wishing you a day filled with success and be well

Hi SweetPea!
Welcome back and congrats on a great P3 and P4!....
Did you manage to maintain within the 2 lbs window?
We seem to be overlapping, as today is my LIW and will be popping over to my P3 thread by the weekend, but I will pop in when I can for some encouragement
Good luck on your round girl!

Round 3 - Loading 16 Apr '21 - start weight 76.4/168.1
Round 2 - Jan-Mar '21 - lost 5kgs/11lbs
Round 1 - Sept-Nov '20 - lost 10kgs/22lbs
Hi Sweetpea! (such a cute name) Thanks for well wishes and asking, I'm back from my 2 week PI, still on P2, set to finish 40 day round next week . It's going well. I loaded again for 2 days, this is vlc day#3 (since PI), have lost the load weight from Friday and Saturday, and now onto virgin weight territory. Will see how this ends up. I was hopeful to lose another 10 lbs, and that may be doable if I counted the 4.6 I gained with loading--but I choose not to include that in my actual losses. So as of today, this round has resulted in 24 lbs lost, and I have another 10-11 days if I skip INJECTING every 5th day--but I am having second thoughts about that. I am thinking I might just go straight thru, and do Last Injection Day, next Wednesday, then 72 hours transistion. Going back to P2 has been a little more difficult for me mentally than I expected (P3 was so wonderful). We'll see, depends on if losses continue each day or stall out pretty quickly. Hope you have a great day, and love hearing from you.
@Dubbles: You should still do one skip day somewhere in the middle of this last part of your P2 since you are doing the long round.
