Yes, 4 consecutive dose days before transitioning is the minimum. Closer to midpoint in your resumed P2 would be ideal, if that is an option.

That is totally doable, Leez-- counting loading day doses, today is my 6th day of hcg injections since PI. So will skip tomorrow, Thursday, go back to inject on Friday, which would be 7th dose day--then 6 more days, making Wednesday, the 11th last dose day. But another 72 hours of vlc. That would take me to p3 Saturday, mid morning. I had thought I might do every 5 days skipping, to extend maybe another day or two on vlc, until Saturday. But I feel like I am ready to go to P3 and P4, then back for a 30 day round after that.
6 weeks from last dosing, here in March, and p3 and p4 afterwards would take me to approx. last week of April before I could go to another P2 round of maybe 30-32 days, no planned (or unplanned, fingers crossed) interruption. Hopefully could then spend summer in p3 and p4 proper. That should , another cross of fingers, get me to goal. So there is the Plan. For now. Life happens, ha.
I've thought about it, a lot--I'm just not sure I could do this without the reenforcement, support of forums, you and people here. I'm very grateful.
Good Evening Flirty Flo! Congratulations on your LIW and starting P3!!!! So very good to hear from you too. Thank you for the well wishes and yes I did remain within the 2 lb window, so very happy about stabilizing. I do hope you pop by as will nice to say hello. Congratulations again and best of luck!
Sweetpea... always a pleasure girl
As for P3.... you have heard my mantra... P3 is where the magic happens, but also where major awareness and responsibility lies.... many moons ago I screwed up by not doing P3 and P4 properly.... i thoroughly enjoyed my last P3 and did not feel any hardship... except of course my love of potatoes... bur strangely when I got to P4... i realized that potatoes were for high days snd holidays and did not crave it
As from Saturday I will report on my p3 thread... will still be hectic for a couple of weeks work wise, so having one place go just be accountable really helps me to stay focussed

Thanks Sweetie, I’m doing pretty good. Have to admit going back to p2 after only 2week PI has been a little tougher than I expected. But we got this. Have stayed on protocol so far, only ave 6 dose days then 72 hours, then a good 6 weeks of p3 style eating.
