That's normal when your dose is right. You also continue to lose on skip days, so its like a free extra day.

Absolutely, Leez--so after PI, took me 2 days to lose load weight, On third weigh-in, Tuesday, I went below the LAST DOSE WEIGHT from before PI. Everyday I am losing at least a lb., (was down this morning 1.6 lb) This week not counting load gain--I've lost , 4.8 lb. (If you counted load gain, it would be 9.4 lb down since Sunday) So far, I believe the planned interruption is working out. I did keep records from 2010, and on that very first hcg round I lost 26.8 lbs, over 40 day round. I don't remember skipping days at all then. This round is slightly longer because of skip days and factoring in the 2 week break, but I am on track to lose the same this round, or a tad more As of today, I've lost exactly 26.8 lbs.(counting load weight in that stat) I'm actually kinda shocked to see it is still so successful. I'm older, and definitely not as active as in 2010--11 years ago. I don't remember exercising a lot in 2010, 1st round, but I definitely did in 2ND round. I plan on starting to exercise more in the upcoming P3. But gently at first, don't want to cause significant gains. You think it would be ok, Leez, to start back exercising in p3, or does that cause gains too? Thanks for listening to my rambling. Oh, one other note--I am definitely struggling to keep in game. Weighing each morning and see that loss is helpful, but each afternoon and evening, I'm wanting more to eat than P2 allows. I understand people saying difficult to go back to p2 after abbreviated P3 eating on PI.

It is not a good idea to start an exercise program in P3. The reason is that the inflammation from working unused muscles causes water retention and shows up on the scale. That can confuse your stabilization period, causing you to do steak days. P3 stabilization is most solid when you don't have to do any steak days so exercise works against you in that way.

If you feel like you just have to get moving, a 20-30 minute daily walk is a good way to ease into activity again, and won't cause scale volatility. Some gentle stretching is ok too.

Thanks Leez, I was actually wondering about that. I'll go with your advice, and will concentrate on walking my dogs. I have been doing a few gentle stretching even in P2.

Hello Everyone! Hope everyone is enjoying a great day and smooth sailing on your journey. It's been quite a busy day on VLCD5 with my focus on staying warm and a loss of 1.8 lbs. Drinking very chilled fizzy water is not helping with the cold so I am trying to include a hot herbal tea a couple of times a day. Best wishes and success to you all and happy weekend.

Good Monday Morning, SweetPea! Yoohoo--your losses are great, 7 days and over a lb a day! Don't you love HCG program.? It not always easy, but it sure works when you work it! Have a great day and week!
