My meals are pretty boring and that way it is actually easier for me to handle it all. Hope you all have a blessed week. Love daylight savings time after the first few days. I like more sunshine lasting longer
I use HHCG drops and take them when I start making my meal, and the last dose before falling asleep. I try and brush my teeth once I am done eating for the day so that I can take the drops when I go to bed. I also keep them in the bathroom as it helps to take them combined with a bathroom trip. I am home obviously or this would not work. If I were out, I'd set an alarm, which come to think of it, I have done in the past as well.

Rose, you might try setting up alarms to remind you when you want to take your doses.

I don't know for sure what the lower limit on the homeopathic pellets is, but if it is similar to the RX guidelines, it would be a little more than half the recommended starting dose. So that would be roughly 5 pellets.

If you forget again, take the third dose right before bed. Most people report that they work better spaced farther apart anyway.

Intermountain website recommend 3 pellets three times a day they say if u are hungry take 2 5 times a day. What i did on second vlcd was drop to 2 pellets three times a day I will set alarm. Still no hunger and having hard time getting to 500:cal but very close Just no hunger at all

It might be worth asking them what the lowest effective dose is, just so you know. I didnt' find any information about that on their website.

Most hhcg dosing has you start on the low end, so that is likely why they say to increase if there is hunger.

Had dr appt today unrelated but they did a urine test and I forgot to tell her about hcg so she mentioned ketosis and i explained what was causing it,
Leez, very hard to get any specific info on Intermountain but will try and email. I would think that the dose is high enough if i am not hungry but maybe i am not hungry cuz i am in ketosis. I saw you posted to someone as her daughter was taking 3 pellets x3 that after skipping a dose and she was less hungry she went down to 2... so that is why i dropped down on the second day.

I don't think there is any problem with reducing to 2 pellets 3X day. Where there may be a problem is going lower than 5 pellets in a day. So when you totally miss your last dose of 2, that puts you under. It may be ok, but it may put you in a situation where there is not enough HCG activity to be burning the kind of fat you want to be losing.

I hope they will be able to confirm the lowest effective level, as my thoughts are just a guess. And I can't find anything previously posted about it.

Intermointain has actually not contact emails or phone. Not a good policy but it is what it is. I only went under dosage the other day. Today i set my alarm for 2nd and 3rd doses. Hope the real soy sauce i used to brown my onions doesnt cause issue. I forgot to use a Aminos instead so off protocol accidentally. At one time i had coconut aminos but cant find bottle Maybe i threw it out The Braggs has way too much sodium so that i knew i threw out, Today i am being careful to get my calories in particularly the protein. Scale not moving again but i go up, i go down, and i maintain. Nothing new for my body. Think it truly is age related. Srill enjoying getting off the carb/sugar train and not feeling hunger. Guessing the soy is the issue with soy sauce because it has less than 1 g sugar.

Yes, soy is a problem because soy is a hormone disrupter. Not something you want to mess with on a hormone protocol.
