    Those stats are great losses on P2! Yes, today is P3 day 7. So one week already! It is going well, I went up slightly last night. Right now exactly 1 lb over last dose weight. Which is ok, I'll just make sure it does go up and over, maybe tomorrow will drop down a bit.

    So am bouncing between this group and the other March group. Found a delicious way to cook boneless chicken breasts which are not so dry. I prepare 8 at a time and leave them in fridge and just reheat as needed. I use tiny tiny spray of Pam on iron skillet and sautee minced garlic and minced onion on hot skilled and keep deglazing pan every few minutes. Then i add seasoned chicken breasts ( i season using cayenne, paprika and mrs Dash garlic herb and sea salt) and brown when water decreases and sear on one side. Then i add more water. To deglaze and cook on second side and remove just before dry. The heat continues to cook chicken after i remove from skillet. After cooking chicken i again continue deglazing skillet and put a little of the juice over chicken for storage. Today i used same process for a bundle of fresh asparagus but added lemon pepper seasoning... and my lunch was delish.
    Normally i do not worry about flavor on P2 By keeping simple i dont get hungry, but loved the chicken breasts and i have enough for few more meals

    Leez I was wondering if you ever experienced sleepiness on Hcg? Not tiredness...but eyes sleepy. Happened to me today. Wanting to be sure i am taking correct homeopathic dose since i had some hunger yesterday. So last dose was last night around 10pm. This morning and after lunch i did not dose. I had been dosing two pellets three times a day. So absolutely zero hunger today...just sleepiness after my fruit..orange.. after 6 pm now and dinner time. I will eat for calories but no hunger at all.
    So that being said even tho i am on a low dose my plan tomorrow is to take one pellet mid morning...two pellets mid afternoon and two pellets in evening around 10. That way i am only reducing to 5 pellets daily rather than 6. Good idea? I love how i felt after skipping. Maybe there is something in hhcg that is too strong for me... almost like taking coffee and jittery occasionally Is it too soon to lower? THinking with homeopathic it should be ok. Today is my 8th vlcd. So far as of this morning i have lost 5.6 lbs with two loading days and completed 7 vlcd

    It think that plan is fine, rose. If you think you need to reduce more after this, I would then go to dosing 1 pellet 4 times a day.

    I have some other issues going on right now. Also side effects from Covid vaccination Doctor put me on 24 hr dose of Nexium.
    With those things plus hcg i am not sure what symptoms are related to what issue. I prob shd have delayed hcg until a later date. i have had anxiety jitters almost like thyroid overmedicated... so even tho not protocol i am stopping hcg for now and stay vlcd for 24 more hrs which will actually be more than 48 hrs before i start eating like P3 Then after 3 weeks i will do p4 using mostly p3 with min starches and see if i can maintain whatever i have lost till i get thru my second covid vax and see how nexium is working.
    I dont think it is a failure of pellets I have very little or no hunger with pellets and my body was in ketosis according to urine test my doctor did but i think my timing is bad. I am glad i got thru a week to get off my bad habits but stopping for now. Will continue to check on forum as my head is into it but my body is confused. Lol

    Sorry to feel you are having issues and side effects from Covoid vaccination. Do you mind my asking, was the side effects after 1st or 2nd dose of vaccine? We have our 2nd vaccinne April 1, no side effects from first at all. If you don't mind, curious which vaccinne? If you don't feel comfortable saying, that's ok, or you could pm me. We were given Pfizer vaccine, they don't give you choice, and 2nd dosing is 21 days after first.

    Good luck on your stablization as you go to P3 eating.

    Did you tell your doc about hcg? Just curious, some are on board with it, but not all. I had a doc say it was ok, but not at all on board with the 500 calories a day aspect. I totally disagreed with him. He didn't even say to limit fats, but to keep to 1000 cal a day. Hmm. Hope you begin to feel better today.


    AFM: Have finished 1st week of P3, today is actually day 9 of P3. Weigh in this a.m. was .02 above Last Dose Weight. So I am fine. Think I'm pretty stable. Not limiting calories, just trying to get enough that I'm not hungry, and no sugars or starches. Had some Fage yogurt on this p3, mixed with cocoa, whipped cream cheese, and sweetener and it def tastes like a dessert, and so far so good, no gains with it. I do find when I have it, I want to eat until it is gone, so it triggers some cravings I guess. Which is not a good thing.

    Ah so sorry, Rose! Understandeable. I hope that you maintain your losses, and that your issues resolve and you feel ready for the last bit in no time.

    Fwiw, I thought this group was for when you were loading and the other for when you are on P2 LOL Maybe not, and it doesn't matter. People are welcome in any group!

    I had both Pfizer vaccines back in Feb. I felt a little under the weather after shot #1, and very tired, so I was afraid of #2 but I had nothing but a sore arm (which I did not with the first). So weird. My husband had a sore arm and was fine after the first shot. He was just tired and had a headache for a day after the second one. All in all super minor side effects that did not last long.

    Good for you! Enjoy the foods! I do the same with treats like that. I have to be careful and make small batches.

    I am not sure if it is from Moderna first shot or Nexium recently prescribed but my husband had zero side effects with Pfizer. I got Moderna first shot. Sore arm and then rash starting on second week. Second dose not until end of March. Moderna is 4 weeks. My husband got second dose of Pfizer and no side effects. It is because i am not sure where my uncomfortable not debilitating symptoms are coming from i am cutting off pellets till after my second vaccine and then after two out of town events. So thinking doing complete round after Mothers Day if needed. If i happen to reach my goal during all of this then i will just wait and see. Second day no pellets and no hunger

    Stopped hhcg pellets two days ago. Weight 146.8 Ended 5.6 lbs down from start on March 10. Posting so i can see if i can maintain until i start again in a month or so. My plan to maintain is to stick with p3 for three weeks and then p4 with caution, I have not been on hhcg long enough for a planned interruption so doing this as a matter of practice to maintain the loss i did get. I plan to post and watch on forum, Since i restarted hhcg and eating clean habits i am hoping to continue on the right road. Mentally this has been helpful,

    Hi Rose, Good luck! I’ve often wondered about doing a very short hhcg round to get off a few pounds and reset mentally. I wish you all the best and will be watching closely for your reports back on how it works out.
