Guess I posted on another p4 group. Started load for another yearly round. Turning 80 the end of month. Happy to be above ground. 7 art shows in 7 weekends. Now needing rest. Covid his me and my husband before Christmas and while serious stuff only lasted three days the congestion and weakness seemed to linger. We both had 4 shots but Dec caught a lot of us. Cancelled Christmas family dinner and had New Years. Happy to see a lot of familiar names. Hoping for a good round. It might be short. I

I with you rose....every day that I wake up is another day here to be grateful for. Your touring schedule is very ambitious, wow.
It seems all my friends that had the shots are getting that infection repeatedly, and also having those lingering symptoms. So sorry you had to deal with that.
One of the things I hate about winter is the extra pounds that always seem to appear. I've got a few that have attached themselves to me. Not enough to warrant a round, but enough to be supremely annoying.

Day 4 of vlcd 150.4. Down 3 lbs. up today .2 so the loss was after first two days
Just realized I started hcg 12 years ago. Some years I did to lower my goal. Other years to lose creeping lbs. but still plugging away. Have for the most part kept the original 50 lb loss at bay but been harder to keep the 65 lb losses. I fight to get to 140 or under but do feel my best at the lower weight.

Down 4.8 lbs after a cpl days of small increases. I will finish all my prefilled frozen hcg and stop whenever they are gone. Whatever is my weight will be when I stop. I have extra unmixed hcg but don’t want to mix a whole vial for a few extra days. Weight 148.6. Goal 140

147.6 down 5.6 18 more syringes left prefilled so,march 28 shd be last day . If i need another short round i will do it after july 4. Will decide later. I have extra vials of hcg and bac water but prefer not to use them till another,round. Will have to,do a show in cpl weeks so will pack my freezer with hcg food to bring.

Thx. Taking breathing meds plus prednisone plus GERD pill. Bad headaches nausea and extreme sleepiness. Calling doc. Not taking anything tonight till I feel better. Not sure culprit. It might be more than one

Down another .6 today. Total 6.2 Made it thru the night without any breathing issues so that was a pleasant surprise.
