    May2020 Loaders - Inner Strength

    Welcome May loaders! This is your thread to use as you like.

    This month will be known as the Inner Strength group. We are all currently adjusting to a cloistered existence and that means our strength has to come from within. We can draw strength from the love and support of our families and here in this thread, each other. Know that everything you need to succeed is already in you.

    Encourage one another, give support, comfort and motivation. Express concerns, ask questions, or just post daily for accountability. Its all good.

    HCG is physically the easiest diet I have ever used, but it can be mentally challenging. You can turn that challenge into long-term benefit as you clean up your food list of unhealthy items, and learn again how yummy plain fresh foods can be. The elimination aspect of the diet can be a real reset just in itself.

    I'll be around to field questions and offer input based on the original protocol for you to consider. Wishing you all the best as you pursue your goals!

    Day 11 P3 142.6 -1.6 from LIW Bacon breakfast fish and steamed veggies lunch Snacks apples strawberries or occasionally an orange Dinner Deli meat and cheese and lettuce greens with olive oil and vinegar dressing Prob boring to some but very satisfying for me

    Today 143.0 Day 14 P3 Dropped .6 and did not change much yesterday Still had a cpl almondbutter cocoa snacks and white cheddar cheese so that was not issue. Figure fluid fluctuation normal. Got one more week ro fo. Still cautious about social contacts though some restrictions lifted. Will make exception next Sunday and visit Mother in law (92 yo) My husband visiting today but i will wait another week. Caution for me at 77 still wearing face covering in public when grocery shopping or post office

    Days are mixed up today is day 15 P3 141.8 dropped a lb from yesterday 2.4 Less than liw So far i am pleased No hunger Eating well No cravings

    Yes. The mixed nuts very satisfying for 200 cal snack. P3day 17. 141.6. Still down 2.6 from liw but ate a little extra cheese yesterday as i had some hunger.

    Today is day 21 P3 last day 143 so ended this hase at 1.2 lbs below LIW Probably will continue a few days on P3 before i add starchy veggie here and there. Plan on keeping a better eye on scale in next few weeks as we are still not traveling
