    Devina, You will do awesome on this way of living even if it is going to take a year! Take a lot of pictures this thankgiving so you have a reference to look back on:-) I know you will do great as you will most likely release higher losses than most at a quick rate due to the amount you want to lose... Stay on here everyday of your journey as everyone is so helpful and you "will" have questions as you go through:-)

    Davina - this exact same thing happened to me this summer on our summer vacation. We went to an amusement park, and I really wanted to ride the old-fashioned wooden rollercoaster - and I couldn't fit in the seat. Had to get out in front of all of those people - it was mortifying. I know exactly how you feel! You and I are at the same place - I have about 130 to lose. How long are you planning for your first round to be?

    I'm planning on a short P2 to start off - 26 days, which will put me in P3 over Christmas, and then maybe a longer one for my second round. Or maybe I should do a planned interruption over Christmas and do a longer P2. It's so hard to decide!

    I'm doing the hHCG drops, so from my reading on here and online, that means that I shouldn't have to worry about immunity???? Can anyone fill me in on that?

    We are pretty close, we should keep in touch, because we are going to be going through this pretty much at the same time... I plan on taking a "planned interruption over Christmas... if I stop altogether I may not start back up... so I thought I would take my lumps for the planned cheat and go from there.

    Hi. I'm new here too and i'm just finishing up my first day of loading. i feel so fully....I followed the phase 1 for a week...getting three colonics which made me have to eat very low fat....now i'm stuffed with just a little bit. My main problem seems to bee finding the time to take the drops....6/6x day.

    I take my drops 3x a day. 12 drops each time. You would still get the same amount.

    Hi everybody...another newbie here I just finished my 1st of 2 loading days....and took the 15 drops 3x/day as directed for the Pure hCG (Homepathic) I'm using. Feels weird eating all of the food...and hope I actually seemed to feel full quicker today then yesterday & so had to push myself to eat. Been looking at the rules for soaps, deodarant, shampoos, etc....Looks interesting...guess I have to hit up the Health Store & Local Food store tomorrow before the 1st day of the 500 cal. P2. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. My mom said she is on board to help...said if she gets craving to have something she will just take my daughter & go out to eat...LOL And we aren't having thanksgiving this year, so that should help How is everybody else doing? Any pointers on good threads to check out? Thanks again everybody...I'm also keeping a detailed record of my hCG journey on my blog...so feel free to check it out.

    Welcome all newbies!

    Nolagirk70 and Classysun Welcome to this thread, glad to have you here! Good Luck in your losses.

    I haven't started my drops yet, I plan to start on Thanksgiving. But I keep myself in check by monitoring the forum, I have lost 13lbs on my own so far, but I have a long way to go and these threads keep me going!

    LadyDevine: I agree – let’s keep in touch – we can help support each other through this journey, specially since we’re starting from the same “place.” I too am leaning toward a planned interruption for the Christmas holiday. I was originally planning on a short R1, but I have so much to lose, I really want to get started and keep going. From what I read in the manuscript, a planned interruption of a day or two just may stall you for a little bit. I can deal with that!

    Nolagirl70: Hi there from another newbie. I’m not loading until day before and day of Thanksgiving, so I’m still in the “prep” phase. Nice to “meet” you! I’m planning on doing drops 3x a day too, just too busy for up to 6x a day!

    Classysun: As you can see above, I’m not loading til next week over T-giving holiday festivities, but you and I are starting from almost the same point – I don’t have a ticker yet, will put that up in my siggy line next week when I get started on my drops and loading. Nice to “meet” you!

    Well, everyone, I’m just in a holding pattern til next week, still waiting for my hHCG to come in the mail, but reading up on things in the forum and trying to get ready. I’m an impatient person, so this waiting is killing me!

    Hi everybody...I just started my 2nd loading day, and I am wondering....is it ok to have lost (0.7lbs) after the 1st loading day? I ate as much as I could & took the drops as directed. Here is what I ate: 3 eggs with bacon cooked in the bacon fat, 2 sprouted toast with jelly & butter, a cup of green juice, 6 taquitos with sour cream, lasagna, 6 creasants, 4 oatmeal raisin cookies, 6 mini cupcakes, 3 cups of cherry coke. I just want to make sure this is all good enough. And any pointers for starting P2 tomorrow would be great...I'm hoping my food scale arrives today & going to the store to get everything I'll need....still trying to figure out about the soaps, shampoo, deodarnat, etc. I have eczema on my hands so I have to be careful what products I use. I have been using Dr. Bronner's Magic Soaps & Spry toothpaste. And from what I understand, you can't use any soaps with oil, correct?? Thanks for the help & hope everybody is having a smooth journey

    Hi All,

    It is so good to see so many people on here going through the same thing. I am on day 13. I have done excellent. However, today I am craving ice cream really bad. Weird... I am not even a big ice cream eater. I just keep thinking about how I have to weigh in tomorrow. Somehow in the food class I took I must have missed the preperation days! But, my losses are ok so I am assuming that was ok. I will let you know about my loss results tomorrow. Anxious to fit in my clothes before the twins!

    Just dropped in to say Hi!

    Ok, I wanted to pop in and say Hi. Everyone is doing really well!

    Today I am down 1.6 and under 300 lbs! I weighed in at 299.2, I have a long way to go but it's a start.

    Can't wait until I start my drops Tday so that I don't have to work SO hard for a little result!
