Hi! I am trying to navigate and find out where to find info. I just bought drops and I haven't started the diet yet because I have many questions.
I have a 21 day supply and I think I understand the diet.
I just bought Stevia, can this be used?
What happens if I drink alcohol while on the diet, say if I go out one night or smoke.
I don't plan on being so strict I don't use oil free lotion etc, do these really make a big impact?
Anything else I should know that is importatnt?
I plan on starting Nov. 4th

Hello everyone, I am making a decision on which drops to purchase today. HSG Fusion, HSG Zero or Optimal HSG. Even Walgreens has a ISODrene HSG Isolates but the ingrediants doesnt look like the other post about having "HCG 6x, 12x. 30x,60x", so dont know if i wantto spend my $30.00 on that one. I want to start off with 2 ounce bottle to see how i do. I am really nervous. We are camping this weekend so I am thinking my loading days shoud be October 30 and 31 and then phase 2, Nov.1st. and God willing the pounds drop. I am ready

I've been worried about this the whole time. All of the holidays actually. I'm away from family already so that makes it easier. I'll just have to be super antisocial or maybe just choose to work all holidays until New Year's Eve.

Hi, All, My husband and I are starting next week. The rest of our supplies arrived today, and I can hardly wait to get started. I look forward to hearing how everyone progresses. Good luck to all. And wish me luck, too, please.

I know how you feel - I am anxious to start as well. Good luck and post about your loading experience if you can.

I am worried about T-giving (like everyone else starting this month ) and I am throwing a 40th b-day party for my husband in early Dec. If I can get through that, the rest of the journey should be a breeze.

Loading over the weekend, and starting the VLCD on Monday, 10/31.
I'm fairly well-prepared, I think... I'm headed to the grocery today to get more veggies for the VLCD and some goodies for the load.
My biggest concerns - the absence of my beloved Diet Mtn Dew for the next 40+ days (Eeek! Scary!!!) and the reliance on protein on the VLCD food plan - I've been vegetarian for years, but I'm prepared to eat fish if I can't make this work with egg whites.
Best to you all - I look forward to sharing this journey with you all.
    Cindy
