November 2018 Loaders - Eyes on the Prize

Welcome to those planning and starting a round in November. This is your thread!

Use this topic as you like: to gather with others beginning an HCG round, get mutual support and encouragement, or just post for accountability. Support from those going through the same things you are can be the best kind of support. There are often veterans mixed in with first-timers and everyone is always kind and helpful to each other. Its like a little party in a thread.

I'll be around to address any questions or concerns and often some of our other veterans will stop by to share some wisdom. In the end there is a mix of experiences, ideas, techniques and camaraderie that can be quite helpful to keeping you motivated and focused.

Disclaimer: Any suggestions I offer will be based on the original protocol, because that has been proven to be successful for most people, but any genuine variation of the program you have chosen to do is supported. Everyone has to decide what is best for them, and we respect that.

All the best as you prepare to take the next steps to achieve your goals!

hi everyone, I’m new to the site I tried Hcg a couple years ago with a physician in town and had excellent results and then tried again ordering online without good results, i think it might have been I had no one holding me accountable for my weight loss as I did in the doctors office since I was going in to get weighed. I had a baby 5 months ago and am ready to get rid of this weight so I’m going to try again and am hoping this site can help keep me on track. I ordered the HCG Injections from NU image and assuming they come in by the end of the week I plan on loading beginning Saturday.

Good luck with your round! Sometimes, just the checking in everyday is enough accountablilty to keep you honest. I think one reason is that it's fun to report daily losses and get some encouraging cheers posted back at you.

NuImage has a good product, but please ignore their dosing and mixing instructions. We recommend mixing at a 1:2 or 1:4 ratio and a starting dose of no more than 150iu. Doses higher than that will cause hunger and poor losses for most people. If you are one of the rare few that need a higher dose, that can be easily determined and you can adjust up later if needed.

The mixture ratio of 1:1 (5000iu to 5ml mixing solution) is most often recommended by clinics and suppliers, however it makes it harder to adjust dose accurately, and you lose product in each needle as you inject. Some think that the more diluted mixtures help the HCG disperse better in your tissues as well.

This chart may be helpful for checking your math when mixing: https://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforum...lations-21439/

    Hi,

I am back. I had trouble stabilizing after my last round almost a year ago, my thyroid Hasimotos decided to go haywire again. I am determined this time to lose the weight for good, which means probably always being careful in P4. Grateful to have something that works and sad that I went through such a bad spell and then gave up which was my bad. But now I am back and ready to move forward.

My plan is to load Saturday too! This way I can have enough effective does to do a planned interruption for Thanksgiving. I also plan to really learn more about P3 & P4 so I can have better success.
    Looking forward to moving forward!

This time I am doing this along side of my husband so hoping it will be a bit more successful than the last. We start loading this week, so joining the November group as today is 10/29.

    Hi ladies,

I'm on my 5th and hopefully final round. My first was with a clinic, injected HCG, and lipo/B12 shots. I got my best losses in that round, probably because I had so much to lose!

I found the HCG diet to be a natural segue into low carb eating, which also helped me reverse my Type 2 diabetes.

I have kept doing rounds at the recommended intervals, working toward my ultimate goal of 135 lbs. I'm at 139.5 and the mid point of this round. I ran out of my injectable HCG so I ordered drops, which I received today. I skipped yesterday, took my last Injection and first dose of drops today.

    Happy losses!

    Hi everyone!

Lynn, wow you are doing great! I have to get some P3 and P4 tips from you! That's awesome.
Amy and Mrs looking forward to hearing from you. Great that you are doing it with your hubby. Mine is quite the distraction.

AFM: Day 4 and I am down another pound. Gosh I love week one. Upcoming challenge is Gourmet dinner group on Saturday... But I will just drink water...stick to veggies!

    Have a great day!

    Hi all,

If you decide to try keto, start by tracking your carbs, even now. You will be amazed how much sugar is in most pre-packaged foods!

I use a site called FatSecret, which has an app and website, both linked to a huge database of foods. It's got a nice interface for tracking meals and shows the nutrients, macros, etc for everything I enter. It also has a lively forum that debates various diets; but we don't talk about HCG because there are a lot of skeptics and the usual crop of haters that are found on most internet forums.

As to keto WOE (Way of Eating), it mostly emphasizes whole foods, eating healthy fats to satiety, and keeping carbs as low as you can.

    Happy losses,

    Lynne

    HI Everyone:

P2Day 5 and only down .4lbs. Usually I lose big this first week so yes it makes me nervous. Leez the only thing different is I am really trying to get in at least 10,000 steps a day and doing some stretching, easy TRX classes. I have been over 10,000 steps everyday,I use to average 6,000-8,000. I am also POP. Do you think I am doing anything wrong?

    Have a great day!

What dose are you on rkthin? Have you had any hunger issues? Poor losses can be from the wrong dose. Its very unusual to lose so little the first week. What kind of load gain did you have?

As long as you are not powerwalking, increasing your steps shouldn't be a problem. Although generally, you don't want to exercise beyond what you are already used to in P2.
