Finishing up load day 2 today and ready for VLCD tomorrow. I've done numerous rounds over past 10 years but had back to back medical issues for last 3 years, multiple surgeries and a back injury that put me on bedrest for months and steroid injections=WEIGHT GAIN! I finally feel healthy enough to embark on hcg again. Losing weight would dramatically improve my health further. I loaded pretty clean but found I do best on rounds with some clean carbs in load. Steaks in butter, gluten free chicken tenders, pine nuts, mac nuts, brie, olives, bulletproof collagen bars, coconut yogurt, apples, frozen cherries, bacon, sausage sticks.
