A quick check in this morning. I had some dental work Thursday and was up a little yesterday but this morning I'm back down to the 155.2-6 range I've been hanging out in.

To those in P2, hang in there! You can do this! Relatively speaking, it's such a short time that gets results you probably wouldn't get any other way. Keep your eye on the goal and you'll be there before you know it.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Great words of encouragement, gigiof3! So true....and at least for me, so hard to make the decision to start each time. But once I get going, it is easy and the time goes by quickly. The trick is to remember that!

    Thanks Leez,

I went through this dosage issue before and found that 2 pellets 4x/day worked better for me than 3 3X/day so that's what I've been doing. I also forget that the first 3 days are tough and then hunger goes down after which is what has happened to my relief.
    I'm using Intermountain.

I'm on day 6 and down 5lbs so no complaints :-)

Leez, can we develop immunity to hhcg? The dosage is so tiny -
I'm using Intermountain pellets. There's a one/day pellet? That would be a lot easier as remembering to take my pellets on schedule can be an issue for me.

Supposedly, you cannot become immune to the homeopathic form since the actual amount of HCG is negligible. However, there have been a couple cases on the forum where members felt that immunity had occurred.

Grammy and others have always recommended that you observe the maximum round and wait-length times for homeopathic as well as RX HCG.

InsideOutWellness.net has 1x per day tablets, plus the nasal spray and patches. I found I liked taking my tablet at about 9 pm. Last round, I used the nasal spray, which isn't affected by eating or drinking since it doesn't go through your mouth or digestive system. I haven't tried the patches.

    Back again!

    Hi all!

I hope everyone is doing well. I feel kind of bad popping in and out whenever I'm doing HCG and never checking in otherwise. But...here I am again. I have had incredible success with HCG and need a reset. I tried to do this about a year ago'ish, and it wasn't the right time. Today I'm on day 3 of P2 with drops. I was down 7.5 after the first two days. I always lose incredibly well on this diet (avg of 1-1.25 pounds a day) and this round doesn't seem to be any different. I wish I had done this a month ago to not bump into the holidays, but, then again, it will keep me clean through them.

I've gone through a lot of change this year and need to get things back on track for my health. I have six kids of my own and 4 adult step kids. I started a business this year which has me on my butt most of the day (I just got a standing desk, so that will help). But with the kids and the new business, I took a year off from triathlon training. I'm still working out, but more like the 45-60 minutes a normal person would do, not the 2-4 hours of training I had been doing. PLUS, I've been knocking on the menopause door all year. All of those changes plus the stress of a new business venture, and the 40 pounds didn't creep on, they POURED on lol.

Business has settled in nicely, the kids are doing well, my husband is supportive, and I have a couple of triathlons on the calendar for next year. SO, it's time!!

When I'm in the zone like I feel now, I don't cheat, never feel hungry, and lose at a great rate. I'm really hoping for that this time around, but definitely mentally preparing for things to be a little different.
    Blessings,
    Nicole

Welcome back, Nicole. It is comforting, isn't it, to know there is support here whenever you are ready to do an HCG round. I have always loved that this forum is a constant.

Here to another round of text-book losses. Sounds like you are in the groove.

Hello all! Back for another round. It's been a helluva year and I'm sick of being overweight, sick and tired. I am the heaviest I've ever been and it's time to get back on track. Loaded over the weekend and I was debating on waiting after the holidays to do hcg but I have a trip planned with my son to Orlando in December and I definitely want to have some weight dropped by then. The lowest I've ever gotten with hcg is about 164. Now I'm 264! I can hardly believe it still it's time to take back control and get back into shape.

Today is VLCD1 and I'm actually very excited to eat my favorite p2 foods again. Sticking to chicken and fish for protein and my fave veggies. I'm looking forward to seeing lower numbers on the scale!

Have a good day everyone! Happy losing and stabilizing!

Natalie, know we are on your team to cheer you on. The goal to take control is the right mindset. For me, I find when I keep the right mindset, the process is so much easier.

One of the things I really enjoy in P2 is the deliciousness of simple foods freshly cooked. I think that enjoyment makes it easier to eat well once you are maintenance.
