    Good to see you Rosanloue! And great job on stabilizing!

    It’s VLCD6 and down 7.6 lbs. Staying OP and sleep has improved thank goodness. I’m feeling a bit lethargic lately but if i have too much caffeine, i can’t sleep at night. My neuropathy has been acting up and i wonder if it’s a combo of the hcg and colder weather but my feet hurt more than usual. The bloat is considerably less and can tell my face is less puffy.
    Can’t wait to prove to myself that I can get through the weekend and stay OP and maybe be a bit productive!

    You got this Natalie! Maybe add some pink salt or potassium to warm water Sometimes when U lose lots of fluids u can feel weak.

    Sounds like you're both off to a great start!

    Me - I lost a quick 6 lbs in 4 days then was flatlined for 5 days (unusual for only the second week.) Then, thankfully I lost 3 so 9 lbs in 12 days, not spectacular but I'll take it!

    Leez - I remember a few years ago Grammy talking to me about daytime vs nighttime hunger and you either reduce or raise your dosage for that but I can't remember which one goes with which. Do you remember?

    I'm having a terrible time with hunger in the afternoon. By the time the evening comes, I'm fine.

    Morning hunger can be an indication of a dose too low. Afternoon hunger, or hunger right after dosing is generally related to a dose that is too high. However, you still need to do the skip day to be sure, because it can look one way but be the other. The skip day is the only way to know with a good amount of certainty.

    Good morning all!
    I'm stopping by, like Rose, for accountability.
    Stabilized nicely with no correction days - first time ever.
    Going into the holidays with a healthy mindset and since Thanksgiving is at my house a good bit of control over what's served

    That is wonderful GIGI! I hope I can stabilize like that also. Going to take the tips I've read here.

    Just joining this group for accountability and wanted to share my weight went down from 136--133 this morning! Woohoo I'm on P2 day VLCD7.

    My total losses this week were 5lbs but not surpised as I load clean and didn't gain much water.

    You ladies are all doing amazing! We had a busy weekend and I ended up sick, but I'm back at work today. Today is VLCD 12 and I'm down a total of 15.6. My losses slowed while sick, but I'm happy with those numbers, for sure!

    Started P2 on 11/12/22 with 37 to lose to get back to my goal weight.
    D12 P2 -- -15.6

    ------history-------
    R1 start 9/1/15, 30-day round, -34
    R2 start 11/26/15, 30-day round, -30 (pneumonia, bronchitis, and a 13-day PI)
    R3 start 3/9/16, 31-day round, -30
    91 days of HCG = 94 lbs lost, for a total of over 100 pounds gone and GOAL REACHED!!

    Who else is on p2 for Thanksgiving? I'm actually not concerned. Taking my own food and I don't usually eat the gluten and things there. Anyways Happy Thanksgiving! Dealing with some inflammation weight and TOM coming but just going to focus on protocol and not worry! Was up a bit this morning but I was good this week so it must just be water.

    So yesterday I was 131.6 and today woke up to 134.7 ugh! But I think it's water because TOM and I may have reacted when I went into Walmart as I'm sensitive to WM

    Does any oil on skin really cause a weight gain? I did have some castor oil on my face yesterday as a skin cream. I won't do that again!

    Props to all of you navigating through the thanksgiving feasts. Thanksgiving can even be challenging during P3, but in P2 it's a whole nuther level of commitment. It has always helped me when confronted with a strong desire to eat something not on my plan for the day to just wrap it up and freeze it to eat later. Knowing I can eat it eventually stops the mental battle for me. Interestingly, I usually end up not eating it later. It was just important in that moment.



    I'm remembering all my blessings today, and the thought that that's really what its all about. Gratitude and honor to God for abundant blessings.

    So many things to be thankful for! God is good. This year has had so many answers to prayer.



    Ok want to hear something HCG crazy? But good? I weighed LESS tonight than I did this morning! LOL Haha I can't remember the last time that's happened. I think it was all water weight this morning. I weighed 134 this morning and 133 this evening! LOL Anyways I wasnt' tempted at Thanksgiving because I had delicious Talipia to eat and I wasn't hungry. Such a blessing. I love how HCG keeps one' not hungry!
