You got it. I actually started IF'ing just by using the info I got googling it first. Websites & bloggs like: the retired dieter, Leangains, Mark's Daily Apple, the Sam effect...there are so many, really. I was having such success just by winging it that I decided to take that $40 bucks and just purchase the Eat Stop Eat e-book! I'm glad I did. So much information & inspiration! Plus, I was doing the shorter daily intermittent fasting, and find I prefer the way Brad Pilan (author) suggests it. Which is two 24hour fasts per week. Just finished my second fast for this week, today!
