Cutting out my fruits and melba would TOTALLY deprive me, but maybe instead of 2 fruits and 2 Melba's. I'll cut back to 1....hopefully that does the trick.

I know Brussels sprouts and string beans are not on the hcg diet Protocol .. but I'm woundering if anyone have eaten them without any problems???
My diet consists of : cabbage, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber.. I'm so tired of eating these foods, so i steamed some string beans today for lunch.. boy they were tasty.. I plan on trying Brussels sprouts for dinner tomorrow..
I never had asparagus before, since they are on the protocal I will some to.

Curly, sorry life is stressful. Congrats on staying with this. If you coild tell us how you are spending those calories we may be able to recognize something that may cause slow downs. Also, remember some weeks the weight doesn't want to come off and it makes up for it the following week.
I have had brussel sprouts and string beans and have done fine. I figured brussel sprouts were in the cabbage family so, should be o.k..

I went out of town for the day...didn't get a chance to eat until after 4!! That was to long to go without food...I was getting a headache by that time and was pretty grouchy to my husband. I ate a small steak, asparagus, and green beans at a restaurant...so, that is all that I have had today. Hope I'm o.k. On the scale tomorrow.

R3 started May 27 (maintained around 147-148 after R2) 156 after 1 1/2 weeks of loading!!! NOT planned, Grrrr!!
I'm still at the same weight today. I know I don't have much too lose, so now at 8lbs to lose at the most. I am doing a 23 day round. My head is soooo not in the game. I have always wondered about energy levels. I NEVER had an "energy spurt" on HCG, not last round, not this one either, weird. I am drinking so much water, I broke down and bought some SF gum. My mouth was dry and I needed to get thru parent/teachers conferences without peeing 100 times. I have been CRAVING sweets and cannot figure out why (this was before the gum). I only eat some apple slices in the am, and no tomatoes. I would think a hint of sugar would make me crave more, but I am only doing the few apple slices, no melbas, not other fruits.Anyone else? This time, mentally, P2 is challenging 10 more shots to go!

Down .6 today...I'm good with that...I take a mild diuretic everyday and I forgot it before we left to go out of town, I took it last night, wasn't sure what to expect this morning. 6 more injections for me after today.
