I understand your frustrations. I finally gave up at day 40 with only 10lbs gone! I was going to go an extra week but could not bring myself to it. I am on day 3 of no hcg but adding in some cheese anyways - can't take a boring plate anymore. My friend gave me a diet that sounds a lot like the one your doing. It is loaded with veggies and lean meats - very little grain and oil, and you can have some 0 fat cheese's. Been debating if I want to do it. It allows for more calories but you have to eat your snacks throughout the day and I am not good with that - I do not have time to be making protein drinks and such between meals. She said you gain at first and then you lose you must do 30min's + a day of exercise which will be no problem - I may try it in p4 but not sold on it. If your not losing not sure if I want to do it. This one is supposed to get your metabolism revving by eating more just the right kind of food. I do need to get my metabolism going. She had a personal trainer put a plan together for her and her husband so I may try it. My sister in law is doing it as well - so I think ill ask her how she is doing. She has done hcg with me before but could not bring herself to do the 500cal thing and she also did not stabilize with it. I am just now going to try and not regain the weight I just lost and hoping to go down a couple of pounds in p3. fingers crossed.
