I have rediscovered smoothies for breakfast. Some of the recipe books had some great low carb ones. Very happy to find an am meal so I can give the bacon a rest :-)
I'm still not weighing since I've increased my exercise but I am measuring. Since my fruitless P2 and obstreperous P3, I had gained 1 1/2 inches on my waist and am happy to say after 5 pretty good days of Keto, I'm down 1/2 an inch. I can see it in my face, too.
Lynne, I hope to mimic your experience - drop a few lbs/inches and maintain until I'm safe to start another round. I also need to lower my BMI to a safer range. My cardio tests and blood work came back great from yesterday but I'll feel better when I'm solidly in the normal range, which for me is around 23 or 24.
