    Good morning all!
    Leez, you called it, my steak day was for naught. The scale tricked me! I got batteries for old faithful and this morning weighed on both and there is a half pound difference. So I'm happily humming along in my window and not going to sweat it.
    Lobster sounds divine, Linda! Trader Joes has a good sale on now, I'm going to pick some up after work. Go get your money!
    I've been saving my chocolate for P4, I have been making my own with organic cocoa, MCT oil, flavored stevia and adding in nuts or organic peanut butter. I wish I could figure out a way to make sugar free caramel. That's my kryptonite. Clearly I have too much free time...

    Werther's has sugar free caramel, I like the Chewy version best. However: they are not low carb.

    I think I'm doing a high protein day today but I don't wanna but I'm 1 lb over my window. I ate a chiles rellenos last night and it was said to be gluten free. It may have been sugar in the tomato sauce or perhaps I'm sensitive to tomatoes and cheese together? Is that a thing? Anyone? Please chime in! If it is, then that would explain my zuchinni lasagna fiasco of 2018. It was all over the news

    everything else I ate yesterday was already cleared. Still though, I'm thinking this since this is such a rocky P3, I will most likely stay in it for a few extra weeks to find some balance.

    Linda, kitties are in the tub with their ping pong ball as we speak! Hope your travels and work are going well.

    Lynne, have you started P4 yet? I'm trying to hunt down a recipe to make my own sugar free caramel if that exists.
