    Your plan sounds like a good one for you! I too need a more relaxed weekend where I can enjoy foods. I will need to experiment what that looks like for me without gaining the dreaded 2+ pounds. I have only ever had to do one. I wish I had done one right after starting eating the yummy baking stuff and kept my weight in check but it was all too much. And it's OK! It's OK to let go, and it is awesome to have this HCG!
    Btw After i have been on P4 i do not weigh every day and certainly not after Sunday. I tend to do a weigh in on Thursday or Friday so if i go up 2 lbs after Sunday i dont know it,

    I worry about the effectiveness of doing a steak day so many days after a potential 2+ pound weight gain though? Do you then still do one?

    Loading day 1 for me, trying the drops for the first time.
    I am looking to take off the excess weight from my bout of hyperthyroidism over the past year. I pretty much gain 20 lbs back every six months. I did the diet early in the year, injections. I usually have to every year to take the extra 20 back off. I'm so disappointed in my weight gain this year, but it's been a rough year with covid, thyroid issues and enlarged thyroid, salivary gland was swelling at times, stomach condition, and all the side effects of hyperthyroidism (weight gain/ depression/anxiety and you name it, insomnia, etc).

    I am looking to do the entire month of October. We will see how this goes! HCG always makes me feel like NOT EATING, so loading is never much fun as you would think it would be! I did order pizza, (gluten/dairy free) and having a hard time eating. I am feeling a lot better and HCG always makes me feel great and I look forward to getting the toxins out of my body (diet soda/crystal lite, etc.).

    I will see how it goes, I've also started a job in a new building (same job) and it's been crazy because of Covid and getting placed elsewhere (stress!).

    I've done my diet 8 or 9 times I forget, lol so MAINTAINING is my issue, not losing the weight. Also, I sure hope drops work and are convenient and that I remember to take them mid-day at work!

    -80 pounds!


    I keep gaining 20 to 25 of it back, I take off 5 pounds myself and then I do a round and lose 20 lbs. So I have done a total of 7 rounds. I am on my 8th round, taking the SAME 20 lbs off. ugh. But at least I don't gain 80 back!

    P2 for me tomorrow and I am so nervous! I didn't have issues last time so I don't know why I would now. I am perfectly happy POP and my set meals. It's a long time through Nov 9th for a 40 day round.

    It is a day at a time I usually do short rounds but this time i needed 40 days it was the easiest 40 days ever because my dosage was right

    I'm on VLCD 3 and so far everything is good. I'm trying drops for my first time ever. My hunger is not there, so that is good. My stomach has to do adjusting the first week (I have a stomach condition) to all the fiber and changes in diet (that's always a bit harsh, but okay). I've had to take potassium and electrolyte tabs by day 2 (when I start feeling shaky). But then I know it's working. I can't believe how much weight I have gained this year from my dumb thyroid (lol), so even if I lose 14 lbs I'll take it. I plan on doing another round around Xmas because I want to be as thin as possible, so we'lll see how the drops work and my maintenance.

    Oh, did I say I was loading last weekend? Oops. Lunch dates got in the way so am starting P1 tomorrow and P2 on Sat. Starting the 10th makes it easier to count days, or that's what I'm telling myself anyway.

    I wanted to add to my meh list - Chocolate eclairs.... taste like sweet air. Like nothing in your stomach, just weightless calories.

    I know it sounds like I've been going nuts, and I have, on a lower grade level. Still 1 lb down from LDW 7 weeks ago.

    I have some cocoa crack in the fridge I made on Monday to calm a sweet attack, will come in handy on load days. I've been putting protein powder in my crack, seems to give it a more fudge-like consistency rather than chocolate oil. Added pumpkin seeds too, since I had some.

    Every time I do this diet, I'm amazed at how different my body looks, how much fat is lost, and how wonderful it shapes me (unlike any other diet program). The drops work just as good as injections, I'm on track for about 12lbs lost in 14 days. I will save money doing drops!

    So far, the hunger has not been there, I have to remember to eat. Yesterday, tho and the day before, I was hungry in the mornings, then I forget about food after 1pm. With injections, I'm usually adjusting up and down a lot, skipping to adjust, etc for when hunger issues happen, so far, 30 drops a day are doing great.

    I mostly started week one with cod 1 meal, chicken the other. I do chicken/onion/celery "soup". That's pretty much what I eat, but I also do salads (spinach, tomato, onion, cukes with ACV and meat on top). This week, I'm adding shrimp (the iodine in it actually shrunk my thyroid which was enlarged, weird). I don't do milk or bread, I do use shiritaki noodles in my soup, sometimes. I don't do coffee. So I live off of CO2 water from my soda stream with either grape stevia drops or cola flavored. I make "tea" with hot water and english toffee stevia. I do miss some almond milk cocoa!

    I haven't had cravings much at all, got through TTOTM just fine. I think soon I will be bored of the food options. lol. I need to buy some super lean beef and cabbage and try some different meals. But I can do anything for 32 days! I also prepare my food for about 5 or 6 days ahead of time, time saver.

    I plan on doing it again probably at Xmas/end of December. I want to be nice and thin, maybe even hitting a lower number than previous. I'm happy because all my size medium clothes are fitting again and not tight.
