    October 2022 - Trekkers

    Welcome October Loaders, this thread is for you!

    A little late starting, but have been unable to access the forums for a while. All is good now and I'm back in my account.

    I'll add a bit more later, but wanted to get the thread started for anyone wanting to post this month.

    Welcome back. I havecbeen busy setting up loading out and sitting at a local show this weekend havent weighed for a few days. I will get all the junk out of my system today or tomorrow and do weight check wednesday morning before we travel to Alabama

    Not a great report but despite my poor eating i made a decision to weigh before i left town knowing it would be up, This morning was 142.2 so over my LIW 141. Today while traveling i am eating much better and watching sugars and starches, Didnt bring scale but lan on weighing again next week…hoping to get back under LIW again.

    Appreciate the shoutouts, everyone. Still dealing with family issues and will only be on the computer for a short while each day for another month or so, but I will try to keep up with questions and spam trolls during those times.

    Good morning all!
    After 2 days of P3 I'm -2.4 below my LIW.
    I've added a variety of veggies and good fats, upped my protein intake, added nut butter and enjoying more fruit.
    Maybe my body is trying to get closer to a previous set point of 150ish???
    Should I be concerned?

    I think you should be thrilled. A few pounds below LIW doesn't ever seem to cause a problem. If you get into the 5-10 pounds under category, then it might be something to examine. Sounds like you are doing well. The guide is to eat when you are hungry, and stop when you are satisfied. If you are doing that, you are all good.

    Hello,

    I had to have an infusion for my osteoporosis and it made me go up for a week. Today I dropped 2 pounds vs. yesterday. what a relief. I am going to wind down and do a PI so 2 days POP no pellets, then P3ish whilst in my Planned Interruption for a family vacation. Its P2 D30.... So time for a break.

    How is everyone? Miscast welcome back.
