Happy Monday! P2D22 and Down 2.5 lbs from last Monday, 6.2 overall. Doesn't sound like a lot, but definately in the right direction and I think I can keep this up for another 18 days. The end is in sight!

    Have a good week everyone!

That’s great Lou! I’m wearing some pants today that I had a rubber band on 2 weeks ago and now button easily. I was thinking the same thing this morning…2 more weeks! I was up today a lb. I have had some family stress this week and I think that’s effecting me a lot. Then today I forgot my shot, so I’m just going to skip a day. I know I haven’t been drinking enough water the last couple of days so I am on it today. I am dreaming of p3 and mug cakes!

Not so good news today. Not sure what is going on as I have been POP, but up a bit every day. Doesn't make any sense. As of this morning I am exactly the same as one week ago and have gained back everything I lost after the lobster dinner (maybe I should have more lobster...) Anyway, I am disappointed but will continue on plan and keep plugging along. I think 138ish is an old setpoint, so I just have to get my body to forget about it and move on. At least my pants are much looser and I feel thinner. I keep reminding myself that no matter how little I lose, it will be less than where I started. Definately planning another round in January as these last 10 lbs seem really stubborn...

Have a great rest of your week and happy losing!

When the scale is disappointing, it helps to take notice of inches loss, which you are doing. You have the right mindset. Stay strong.

...and great idea to try lobster again. ^_^

Lou I’m with Leez! More lobster! That's a bummer. I was up like 2 lbs after last weekend and still up from that by .5. It’s really frustrating but same I’m trying to just keep on and know other things in my body are happening. I also only have like 25 to lose and I think that makes it much slower. All we can do is stay on track! I did get some miracle noodles which I’ve been having before dinner. I just used the last of what I bought and probably won’t buy more. Maybe that caused a stall?? I am hating chicken right now and have had 0% fage a few more times. I do like it with strawberries and stevia, as it feels like a treat.

I’m going to go find some lobster tomorrow! <3

Hi Katie - I get very tired of chicken breast, so I have switched to "chicken tenders" or tenderloin. This is a different cut of meat than the breast and, in my opinion, is much richer tasting with about the same calorie count as breast meat. I also use a sugar free hickory flavored BBQ sauce with it to give it some flavor. The calorie count for the BBQ sauce is 10 cal per 2 TBSP - minimal. By G Hughes.

Hope you were able to find your lobster!

Very possible, mostly because the konjac flour they are made of is very hydrophilic and they are going to carry that water until they pass through. Its not that you stopped losing.....its the water that hasn't left your system yet.

LinderLou, That scale is trying to discourage you! If the inches are coming off, you are doing well. I weigh about once a week during a round. Do you have access to a hot tub? A long soak sometimes helps break a stall.

Katie, have you ever tried zucchini "zoodles"? I cook the sauce and toppings, and put the zoodles in at the end for 2 to 3 minutes. They are very low carb and less likely to hold water weight than the konjac.

Happy Friday! GZ-I have but I had not thought of that! I will for sure get some zucchini tomorrow at the farmers market. Leez-I just read that about the miracle noodles. Some of these extras aren’t always worth the scale tipping. I’m still above where I was last Friday. 10 more days to go and I want to do all I can to get a few more lbs off. Lou-I just made a grocery order and got some ground chicken but I will also try your tenders trick. Yesterday I added some old bay seasoning to my egg whites and that was delish. I think from here until the end of this round I’m going to stick to meat and fish. I like the dairy options and eggs but I know that can stall you as well. I was reading some of the rouge threads and wow, people are all over the place! That scares me a little too much, lol! I hope everyone is going to try and see the eclipse tomorrow! I am in Michigan and it’s looking like there will be too much rain. Im from Oregon and wishing I was there to see it! Have a great weekend!

    Hello all - Happy Friday!
Well, I'm happy to report that the scale was kind to me this morning and once again headed downward. I'm thinking that once again, I was just getting too few calories in as I don't really have an appetite and feel full after a 3.5oz serving of chicken. Yesterday I switched it up a little and purchased some 93/7% hamburger and had 3oz of that for dinner. Certainly not the same as a "real" hamburger, but something different than chicken... Today, I'll have the rest of that burger and then cook the rest of my chicken and portion it out for next week. Two more weeks to go... I'm feeling pretty good now that my pants fit so much better. A definite reason to stick with P3 and not let ANY lbs creep back on.
GZ - no, I don't have access to a hot tub. Not on a regular basis anyway. Today I am focused on drinking all of my water, no matter how many trips to the bathroom that results in! :-)

    Have a great weekend all!
