I just have to boast! FOUR MORE TO GO and I'm DONE!! WOOT!! I never DREAMED I would be this thin again. I only wish I would have known about hCG sooner!! I feel so energetic, healthy and happy!! I will continue on my healthy way of eating because I never want to feel the way I did before the diet again. No more sluggish, tired, moody, edema, etc. Woo hoo!!

I hope everyone has a great day!! Keep up all the good work out there!

AWESOME!!!! That is so exciting!! Remember to eat in P3. I find, the more I eat the easier it is to stay the same or even lose an occasional pound.

Barbara- I survived Halloween with zero guilt. I made a cocoa crack with natural peanut butter and that was a wonderful treat! I am doing great on P3 and am loving it this time. How are you? Still packing and painting?

Hi snorkel - No I had a little interruption. You may have read about the little early snow storm we had in New England a little over a week ago??? Well I had a foot of snow and now power for 6 days. So, I went to a hotel (it was cold!, and I have well water which means no electricity, no well pump, and no flushing toilets!), and had to eat out most meals. Didn't do badly. I'm still below LDW, but don't have the cushion I did. I ate okay, just too much food out and too much wine - the stress you know!!!

Got the power back on Friday, so things starting to settle down a little. I think I should lose a little over the next few days. I start P4 on Friday, but I'm not really craving any starches or sugars, so will probably just mainly continue P3, with a little permission to eat the other stuff, esp. on Thanksgiving. That way I can get back down to under 140 and stay there until next round in Jan.

Glad Halloween didn't hurt you. The poor kids up here. Our town cancelled Halloween altogether. Some towns changed it to another day. The problem was safety. There were tons of blocked roads, and downed power lines. Plus half the state was dark! Looked like a war zone!

Oh wow! I am glad you are ok and sounds like you made the best of it!

I just realized we both have the same amount left to lose!! I am not craving much either. An occasional sweet for me includes stevia in my coffee or tea. I do love pumpkin products though. I will attempt a pumpkin cheesecake for Thanksgiving. Or maybe a custard that is P3 appropriate. I haven't even considered when I will enter P4. Maybe Thankgiving will be when I test the waters. I think it will help to take some risks before starting R3 in January.

Did you decide when you will start? And I can't remember if I asked you, have you always used the same product? I am thinking about changing to a pellet or something else. I currently do hhCG in a spray under the tongue form...

I'm starting R3 after the holidays, probably right after New Years. I've used Anu-med Int'l drops both rounds. Got them from my naturopath. I've had not hunger either round, so I'll stick with them until they don't work. I will decide when I get closer if i want to change my goal to 120. That may be too thin. I will at least do 15 more pounds. Cheated tonight with a couple of chocolate chip cookies. P4 starts Friday and I've stabilized well. We'll see if it bites me tomorrow!

Let me know how the cookies effect you. I am so afraid to undo all my hard work that I still have not had any starch or sugar. I will experiment after 3 weeks of P3. That is right around Thanksgiving. I am debating on going all out on actual Thanksgiving day. I want pumpkin pie and stuffing and mashed potatoes!!

The cookies bit me to the tune of 2.4 pounds, then I did a clean day, and lost .4, then another not so clean day, and up 1. I'm still under steak day territory, but struggling a little to stay focused. I have a few things going on that are causing some stress, and I'm giving in to urges a little too much. Have new resolve today. I know if I just clean things up a little bit, I'll be fine. I logged my food for about the last 10 days (didn't do it everyday while my power was out), and I was averaging 1800-2200 calories a day. That's too much for me on a regular basis. So, back to basics. I start P4 today, but won't treat it like P4 until I get these 2-3 pounds back off. I too will indulge a little on T'giving, but the DAY, not the whole weekend!

I know how stress can be and it causes me big troubles as well. I have also noticed I am not drinking my water like I used to. I think the cold unmotivates me to get my fluids down.

Darn those cookies and glad you have a plan. Hang in there.

Need some advice ladies. My R1 ended on Tuesday. I have been bad and gained 5 lbs back already. I am so disappointed. I was only 2 lbs from goal. I really just want to stay on it until I reach goal. It's obvious I have issues with self control. I need to see a shrink or something!! Why can't I say no to myself?? What should I do? Try to take it off on maintenance or get back on hCG another week or two?? I feel like I have screwed up the 'reset' thing all together and need to start over. I see my doc again on Tues and will get a professional opinion, but IMO all of y'all are professionals too!! HELP!

Sorry you are struggling. I can't really help you with the self control issues. You need to examine those yourself. Hcg is not a magic bullet, and does some require permanent diet changes in order to maintain the weight loss. The degree of permanent change varies by individual. You didn't say what you cheated with, so not sure what the primary cause of the gain was, but my advice is first just stop cheating. You did really well on P2. You can do P3! To fix it, either do a steak day, although per protocol, it's a little late for that. But it would be worth a try. Then just maybe back up to more like P2 foods in larger quantities, or P3 foods going easy on or eliminating fruit for a few days. And look at what you are eating. Some of the big problems for many going into P3 are eggs, dairy, nuts. If you are eating those, eliminate them for a few days, and just eat mainly protein and veggies and drink lots of water. When you've stabilized, add foods back slowly one at a time and see what if anything makes you gain. Then you can be in control.
    Hope this helps.
    Barbara

Thanks Barb! I figured out part of the problem. TOM!! Showed up after I posted this. So I was starting P3 just a few days before...that is my hardest time of the month for cravings. I am extremely bloated Just going to jump back on the bus. I think I need to stay away from dairy too. Hopefully I can get back down to goal after about a week. Stay tuned and thanks for your support.
