    Official start of VLCD1: starting weight:151-152.
    After 2 loading days: 156.6.
    Goal weight: 130-135.

    Day 1 of VLCD netted -2.2, so lost all but one pound of my load weight. Wanting the rest to be gone and some additional loss tomorrow. Happy losing all!

    R1: 172.2 to 155.4 in 26 days. 16.8 lbs. and 14.5 inches lost; P3/P4: 6 weeks; end wgt 154.6 addt. 2.25 inches lost. No CD's!
    R2: 157.2 to 142 in 30 days. 15.2 lbs and 8.5 inches lost: P3/P4: 10 1/2 weeks; end wgt 147 addt. 1 inch lost. Dang Holidays!!
    R3: 147.8 to 131.6 in 30 days. 16.2 lbs and 10.25 inches lost
    P3D1: .4 above LDW - WTH?

    Could not be happier! During the last week, 1st week of the program, I've lost 9 lbs! It was a trying weekend but I kept my willpower up and I'm so proud of myself. He everyone has a great week!!

    Today is Day 1 of loading and this is my very first time to do this Hcg Diet. I have been trying to learn by reading all the posts. Took a shot this am in my thigh of 125 iu and its 1 pm. I ate two sausage biscuits, two glazed donuts, two Jackin the Box tacos, and a chocolate shake. Am I doing this right. I am trying to get as much fat in but I never eat like this and its making me feel so sick. One more day of loading and then Wednesday I start the 500.. well duh.. this is what everyone is doing.

    I just hope the hcg is good. I mixed it last night, but my only concern is that when it came in the mail it sat in my hot mailbox in the direct sun in powder form. I hope it didnt ruin it.

    If anyone has any advice of what to look at on this site please help.

    Way to go.. I started loading today and feel horrible. I dont know if I'm doing it right. This is so gross.. two tacos, two donuts, two sausage biscuits and a chocolate shake. This just doesnt seem right.

    Hey all! Woke up to a nice 2.2 lb loss today! (I was shocked)! I'm on VLCD 4 so that wasn't expected. I did do a detox bath yesterday so that probably had a lot to do with it.

    To those that are loading, I know how gross it feels! Just make sure to load up on the good fats. I promise it'll make the first few days a lot easier if you load.

    Well, I'd better go! Have a good day and good luck on the scales tomorrow!

    So I started adding the calories based on what it says to eat and it does not add up to 500. More like 450 and that's only cause I ate an apple today. Who knew they were 95 calories!! Does that mean I can eat a little more?

    I know! The loading can be a little miserable. Mine was but if you don't do it you'll hate the first few days of P2, you'll be starving! Once you start the VLCD part you'll be amazed how little you feel hungry. Good luck and stick with it. It works!!

    Ktmccall - that's awesome! Way to go. I've done much better on this session of the protocol than before (tried one other time but didn't stick with it), this time feels different. I think I've got my head in the game now!

    Hi Katie and congratulations on 2.2 loss, I did vlcd1 today so far no problem, I loaded on alot of fat this weekend!
    Will let everyone know my loss tomorrow morning!

    Can you tell me what you use in your bath for detox bath?
